The group had fun eating, drinking, and playing until after midnight. They didn't catch many fish, but Kiara managed to pry quite a bit of information from Aka and formed a preliminary plan in her mind.
By the time they got home, it was past one in the morning. Kiara mercifully did not make Mario Yuno carry the two cases of beer back. He carried the sleeping Wendy on his shoulder, and when they arrived home, he changed the child into clean clothes and a diaper before leisurely walking into the bedroom.
"Why are you using that yellow, diarrhea-like mask again?"
Mario Yuno narrowly dodged an unidentifiable jar of cosmetics that Kiara threw at him. She had almost forgotten the joke he made earlier that day comparing the mask to that substance, but now she remembered again.
"Have you finished wiping the glass? Get out and wipe the glass. Don't come back to sleep if you haven't finished!"
"Oh..." Mario Yuno walked out reluctantly, sighing with every step.
