Such a structure is actually quite bizarre; it shakes the status of those in high positions and affects the extension of their management and authority. When it comes to centralization, it is in fact fraught with disadvantages.
Yet, the Heavenly Court is merely a coalition formed by various powers; it is not a genuinely unified institution. Within this Heavenly Court, commands do not come from a single source, and even the so-called Emperor of Heaven is nothing more than an external appellation.
It should be understood that in the official proclamations of the Heavenly Court, there is no Emperor of Heaven who reigns supreme alone, only the Central Jade Emperor. And though the Jade Emperor's position is revered, he exists alongside several other Imperial Honors at the same hierarchical level.
