Last date
'I have been a fool throughout the entire journey. I took a pity when I first saw you. I never knew what love could be like if I never had you. You let me feel how life can turn its path and be worthy. You let me feel the importance of my existence. Each time against your family, you took the gut to fulfil my desires. You always made me believe you were there, even when I was unable to find anyone else. At first, I didn't accept you. I threw it away, thinking it was only a crush. B-but I now realised that if-if I actually never accepted you, what had happened to me back then! I don't want to imagine it right now. Oh! [Sighs] I have only pretended to be chill and cool. But a couple of years back, I seriously thought life was not a joke anymore. We-we have become responsible to each other. Right? The teen has changed. 13 years of relationship should find its way through us. To become forever. To become certain.'

Nathan Ellis went upstairs after eating his dinner. He took 3 hours to finish it. He had to reply to all the congratulations messages. He had to pick up the phone calls from seniors. He had to chat with the coaches. He looked at the clock and said- Shit.
'I believe in you.' Always the text popped up on his screen before every match of Hurricanes. Never failed to courage him for keep going. He checked on his phone's calendar to make himself sure that he scheduled the text for Ellis with every match of Hurricanes. Even sat the time rightly. He laughs and thinks childishly.
Momentarily,
He is thinking about making a little decoration. Before the match, he ordered some bouquets, single flowers, candles, and cake. Those hours are enough to give a complete touch to the secret room. He hasn't heard any footsteps against the ground. The corner of his mind wishes for the betterment and privileged outcome. Somewhat, he kinda noticed it has been the right time. He can not let the chance go apart. While scattering the petals of flowers, he is thinking about those unpredictable moments. Feels emotional. Recalls the past moments. It had made him satisfied how the used to be. He laughed while lit the candles, remembering the first ever date. Remembering how Elis lied to his father and escaped from his house. Ellis never wanted to make someone wait for him. He checked back then about some Virgo facts for Ellis. It matched with him, how he hurried. How he changed his dress on the public toilet, even wore some makeup on the car, and rushed for the date just within some minutes. Cause Meredith was waiting...

Hurricans vs. Sixers, the winner will host the final.
Hobrart Hurricanes never won any big bash title. On this BBL, they have shown class by winning seven matches. They've gained the top of the ladder and went in the playoffs. They faced the Sydney Sixers on their home ground. They lost the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 173. They bowled superbly in the 2nd innings and halted Sixers at 161. As they secured the final spot for Monday 27th. They heard the 23,000 roars from the crowd and nothing but felt proud.
Nathan Ellis, the captain of Hobart Hurricanes, gained the credit of the leadership. They played superbly all over the season and improved themselves. They are on their way to home final and dreaming off lifting the trophy for the first time.
After coming back to the hotel,
Thinking how can he face him or whether he falls asleep or not. It's already been late. He made his pace quick and soundless. Stepped bigger, and within some seconds, he went to the fifth floor. Avoided elevator.
Meredith, beside the door, finally can hear some footsteps. The same as their first date. He can't erase his smile from his mouth. As it is becoming their last date. Why is Ellis overlapping it in an indifferent way? It has no clue.
"Riley."
Ellis opened the door quickly. He was thinking he shouldn't have called his name. The room was dark. He suddenly assumed he was sleeping. What if he feels disturbed? He locked the door behind him and put on his phone. Makes his way on the bedroom. He swings open the door hashly and about to put his feet on. His eyes locked on the corner side of their room. It was decorated with his favourite flannel and parramatta flowers. The lustre of candlelight made him feel the next movement. As soon as he puts his feet on, he faces Meredith, who is standing there with a glass of water. With a smile, he gives the glass to Ellis after extending his footsteps. "Ran wild!" He commented the same as the first date. Ellis smiled, still guessing the purpose.
"W-why is the-" "First, give me your hand." Ellis stopped as Meredith extends his hands towards him. "You're late. Let me punish you." Meredith says with a flirty tone. Ellis puts the glass and gives his hand. As Meredith pulls him up on his hand and holds him in a bridal style. Locked him from over the waist. Ellis gasps for breath. He wasn't ready for that.
Meredith walks to the table, where he leaves the wine and cake alone. He puts Ellis down on the chair. "At your service." Saying it, he poured the wine in both glasses. Ellis crossed his hands on the table and asked, "Is it YOUR punishment?" His question made Meredith laugh. He answered, ushering towards the bed with his eyes. Ellis looks the same way. He found the bed is decorated also with red rose petals. His eyes captured the candle light golden and red combination. He looked back at Meredith. "Riley!" He called his name doubtly. "No, not now." Ellis couldn't get what he meant.
After hearing from Meredith,
Ellis's tears fell down through his red cheeks. Remtaching the moments, how the cheeks spread a few minutes ago for getting the surprise and how it's bearing the pain now. Meredith looks up to Ellis's face. He extends the ring towards him. He forces a smile against the sorrow and tearful eyes. "I-I remember how we used to be back then. Do you remember darling, on this day in 2012 I proposed to you if you wanted to be mine. Today, on 21st January, I am asking you again. Will you be mine FOREVER? Will you- Nathan Trevor Ellis, will you marry me?" Ellis couldn't move, nor could he say a word. He was only watching some awaiting eyes with tears. He saw the gold reflection burden the peace. He feels the weight and moves straight. He extends his hands and wipes the tears from Meredith's eyes. Then, he takes a deep breath. "I will make a promise, I, Nathan Ellis, will get married with Riley Patrick Meredith." Gave the confirmation to become forever hand in hand, heart to heart. Meredith, without any hesitation, twisted the ring on his finger and gave a kiss on it. Ellis holds his shoulder and pulls him up to stand. Meredith stood and hugged him. "I love you forever and always." "I love you, too." Ellis says back. Meredith held him like he was never going to release him.
The next hour spent with kissing, drinking, holding each other dance a bit, cutting cakes and putting it on cheeks and noses. Fun and enjoyable.
Meredith picks Ellis up again and holds him between his arms. "Punishment time." Again flirts. As Ellis's cheeks turned red. "Shut up." He slapped his shoulder. As Meredith puts his down on the bed. Undresses him gently while intimacy. Kissed his shoulders and necks. Made Ellis breathes out. Then, they made love. Continued to give the amour throughout the night. Ellis moans loudly and deeply feels Meredith. Feels the shelter and sweat. Holds Meredith's shoulder with his fingers. Tightened a little more to close the tiny distance. Meredith made his movements a little faster. And Ellis howls, "RIELYYY." What made Meredith smile, and he says while kissing his cheeks, "Yes, darling. NOW."
