"Book, you should calm down a bit,"
In the dream, the master's voice came through, gentle and tranquil, with not the slightest hint of reproach.
Rarely, the Book of Knowledge actually did calm down, thinking to itself.
"There's no use raging here. I've lost all face in front of the master, and unable to catch those creatures, my shame can never be washed away, Aphro will always be above me."
"I must find them!"
The Book of Knowledge set aside its stray thoughts; ever since the recovery of its subjective consciousness, its incomplete soul constantly brought countless stray thoughts, interrupting its spirit, covering its spirituality in dust, as though it had become intellectually disabled.
And that broken book in the creatures' hands, for some reason, could affect it, making these stray thoughts more numerous and frequent, and sometimes even capable of assaulting its main thoughts.
"I must eliminate these creatures!"
