Chapter 525 - 525 Invincible: Being a Son of a Bitch Doesn't Always Work Out, Nuclear Threat, Conflict with Cecil and Angstrom Levy "It's Not Personal"

The Japanese had a very strong culture of respect and good behavior, so having a group of such peculiar women would be a problem. Therefore, Allen rented the entire restaurant for just them.

Gwen – I can't believe it; Allen is spending so much money?!

"Don't say it like I'm cheap..."

Felicia – Oh honey, you're pretty cheap~

"No, it's just that"

Annie – Yesterday, you broke a guy's arm because he didn't pay the fine you gave him.

"I don't see anything wrong with that, I'm quite considerate about making sure people respect the law... if they don't pay, there should be some retribution... that doesn't prove I'm cheap." Allen crossed his arms and acted defensively.

EmmaW – Hehe, what about Doc Seismic, the one whose descendants were cut off just because you didn't want to pay for a regular operation...

"Huh? That guy was a villain, he should be grateful I not only took him to the hospital but to my personal doctor. I even paid for the surgery. They should build me a damn statue or give me a Nobel Prize!" Allen felt offended; he's done a lot of good things for the world; he's not just a womanizing son of a bitch.

Kimiko – That wouldn't have been necessary if you hadn't used Testicular Torsion 2 in the first place...

"..." Allen stayed silent for a few seconds before speaking seriously, "I admit that might have been excessive, and I'm not proud of it... but I've forgiven myself..."

If Doc Seismic had heard Allen's words, he would probably vomit blood and bile. There was no more despicable, shameless, or cheeky guy in the world. On the other hand, Doc Seismic had no qualms about destroying everything in his path, so it seemed like an appropriate punishment.

Allen got up from his chair, "I find it outrageous that you don't trust me!"

"Your bill..."

"Huh? What are you saying, old man!"

The restaurant owner looked at Allen resentfully, making a scene while handing him the bill before he had even eaten, almost as if he was telling him to leave before even starting his meal.

Allen was surprised because he saw many zeros on the bill.

"What? This is the equivalent of ten thousand dollars; why is it so expensive?!" Allen was so upset that he wouldn't even mind visiting the Prime Minister and getting permission to practice his profession here.

The owner snorted, "Your girls there ordered Kobe beef, and even the girl dressed as a sailor with horns ordered ten orders of Kobe ramen."

Allen's gaze darkened as Nokotan tried to escape, but how could a deer escape from Allen? He appeared and grabbed her by the horns, lifting her.

"Ahh! No! It's not my fault! You said we could have whatever we wanted!"

Allen let go of Nokotan, knowing she was right but gave her a confused look. "But you're a deer, how can you eat meat?"

"I'm not totally a deer, I'm the pinnacle of human perfection, a cute and beautiful girl with the skills of the supreme Apex Predator, a deer!"

"No, deer are not predators..."

Nokotan became muscular while surrounded by the power of the sun. "And who decided that?!"

"..." He remained silent with a cold stare. Nokotan stopped joking and kneeled. "I'm sorry!"

Allen lifted Nokotan, who now was the size of a cat, and sat with her. Allen looked at the restaurant owner, who seemed like he wanted to explode.

"Shifu, serve everything they want today, or I'll leave you without any ingredients!"

The owner was surprised and then complied, "At your service, young master..."

Allen seemed to turn into a reformed, big-hearted man as he started sending ramen to people in the Chat, including most of his girls, who either accepted it out of curiosity or enjoyment. Allen seemed willing to spend a hundred thousand dollars that day. However, when it was time to pay, Allen took out a golden lasso he had gotten from Diana. He wrapped it around the owner and, like a complete motherfucker, smiled kindly.

"Now spit out all the bad things you've done, and I want proof of them! If you behave, I won't report you!"

There were people in the Chat who spat out their ramen while listening to the biggest son of a b*tch using mean and greedy methods, and tactics to avoid paying the bill.

...

(A/N: Well, suffering a little from time to time is part of life. 🍷🗿)

...

Allen left the restaurant with Eve, Amanda, and Kate, and the dolls had already disappeared.

"Come on, honey, it's only a hundred thousand. I saw Cecil paying you more than that just to move a finger..." Eve hugged Allen from behind. She seemed to comfort him, but she was holding back laughter. The restaurant owner was an honorable and upright man, and Allen had nothing to extort him with, so he, feeling uncomfortable, let the owner and paid.

"Pf... that's right, darling. That man was so kind not to ask for a tip..." Amanda grabbed her stomach while trying not to laugh.

Kate couldn't hold it in, "I've never seen Allen so uncomfortable, hahaha!"

The Chat also mocked Allen; he couldn't always get away with it, and that made it even funnier.

"Alright, you've made fun of me enough!" Allen yelled at his chat, "You should support me, you bunch of assholes!"

The Chat was flooded with insults. It had been a long time since his viewers had started a rebellion. Allen, annoyed, started banning people, from an hour-long ban to permanent expulsions. After a tough battle, Allen closed his livestream and returned to Chicago, opening the door to his apartment.

Anissa jumped into his arms, "Where were you?!"

Allen had forgotten that, unlike the three girls who accompanied him, Anissa didn't have access to the chat, so she wouldn't know what had happened. As for Allen, he still wasn't sure if he could trust her.

Anissa removed her clothes in front of him. "Since all of them had you today, can I help you bathe today?❤️"

'Anissa suddenly seems more reliable' Allen's mood instantly improved.

...

(A few days later)

If there's one thing this world has shown to Allen and his viewers, it's that it only takes one moment for everything to go to hell.

"Fire!"

"Don't let them reach the control room!"

A group of soldiers with high-caliber weapons shot down a hallway, and you could feel the nervousness in each one. It was as if they knew that if these invaders reached that place, the country would be in mortal danger.

A huge, muscular guy in a supervillain suit, yellow and green, with red pupil-less eyes, walked through the bullets without getting hurt.

"Hehe" he laughed with contempt, he was Komodo Dragon.

"Hurry up," ordered irritably a man with blonde hair and a suit similar to Komodo Dragon's, but more elegant and with a cape. This was King Lizard, leader of the Lizard League.

Komodo Dragon smiled brutally and ran towards the soldiers, creating a terrifying pressure like a truck about to hit someone.

"Don't stop firing!"

The squadron's lead sergeant refused to run, pulled out his weapon, and shot, but it was useless. The villain crashed into the soldiers, tearing them apart while sporting a sadistic grin.

King Lizard was pleased, and along with the rest of the Lizard League, they reached the last room. This was a top-secret government bunker containing several nuclear warheads. Since it was considered an "inexistent" place, its security was lower than that of other facilities.

"What do we do now, boss?" A woman dressed in a scaly green suit spoke with interest. Her leader had been arrested in the past, and the Lizard League had fallen from prominence, being underestimated by the Guardians of the Globe. Even so, they were recurring villains and enemies of the Guardians. Their past was long, as they had faced the old and current Guardians. While it was true they had lost half of their original members along the way, they remained.

King Lizard walked with a broad grin towards the control panel. "Haha, we'll stay here until they meet our first demands."

"Boss, that never ends well..."

"Come on, Iguana, don't be negative. It's true that threatening the government never ends well, but tell me how many people have done it with nuclear weaponry at their disposal?" King Lizard ran his hand over the buttons on the panel. "If they don't obey us, New York will simply disappear. Maybe LA, or maybe Chicago..."

*Rumble*

King Lizard's eyes widened as he looked up at the ceiling. A tremor was felt throughout the place.

"Impossible, this is a bunker capable of withstanding nuclear bombs!"

The Lizard League began to get nervous as the place shook more and more until the ceiling collapsed. King Lizard looked in horror at the man descending slowly through the hole in the ceiling.

"Impossible, there are thousands of tons of rock, dirt, concrete, and steel. How can he go through all that so easily?"

Allen had a cold stare. The Lizard League was often seen as the comic relief villains, appearing from time to time to fight the Guardians. However, in this last plan, they were truly dangerous, and for a moment, they had the power to destroy any city in the world.

Allen remained silent...

...

Akeno–Allen–kun looks in a bad mood. Did they do something?

Rukia – Doesn't threaten the world with nuclear weapons seem like enough?

Ruby (Jean) – She refers to the fact that Allen seems to be taking it personally...

MJ – Well, maybe it's because, in the canon they apparently killed Kate...

That time, they also left Shrinking Rae half-dead, although technically, it was her fault. She got inside the big guy's body and tried to make him explode by growing, but she underestimated his resistance and ended up with broken bones, and Rex Splode had a hole in his head.

Allen doesn't have a personal grudge against them, nor is he petty enough to judge them for something they didn't do. It would be hypocritical, considering that he doesn't treat Anissa differently because of something she never did.

"The Lizard League has the option to surrender, or face me, with the possibility of death..."

"Regulator... even though you keep repeating that you're not a hero, you keep doing things like this!"

Allen appeared in front of King Lizard and ripped his hand, which was secretly trying to press buttons on the panel.

"Ahhh!" King Lizard screamed and rolled on the floor.

Allen didn't care about his pain and looked at him with disdain and mockery. "There's a difference between villains. First, some just want money or power. They fight against heroes and the police."

Komodo Dragon screamed and attacked Allen. He had enough strength to face Invincible or Immoral directly, which is why the Lizard League had been so frequent with the Guardians.

"Then there are the cruel and ruthless bastards who only want to destroy and kill..." Allen gave a half-smile with lazy eyes, but beneath them, his anger was hidden. At the same time, he effortlessly dodged the attack and landed a blow to the stomach, sinking it in. Komodo Dragon fell to his knees and vomited blood with bloodshot eyes, unable to believe that a single hit caused him so much damage.

Allen didn't stop. He kicked him in the head, sending him flying into the reinforced wall.

"One less..."

The woman, whose name Allen didn't remember, turned her fingers into claws and attacked him. A flash of light crossed between them; it was Allen moving to destroy the claws instantly. Allen grabbed her by the head and slammed her into the reinforced floor.

"Two less."

The next one wore a black and orange suit. Allen pressed his own index finger against his thumb, and upon releasing it, the villain received a small "Red" blast to pierce his abdomen. The man fell to the floor.

"Three less."

Another one fell from his minions. In just a few seconds, there were no more Lizard League members. Yet, the most terrifying thing for King Lizard wasn't seeing Allen's power, but his attitude. It was like killing mosquitoes for him. From start to finish, even though he smiled a couple of times, his lazy gaze didn't change, as if mocking their efforts.

'Damn it! This can't end like this!'

Allen and the Chat expected King Lizard to flee, but in an act that contradicted his cowardly nature, he threw himself at the panel to initiate the launch.

Allen appeared and threw him against the wall. He died instantly, but not before laughing hysterically. The launch couldn't be stopped as it had already begun. Allen destroyed all the steel and titanium doors of the bunker until reaching the silos. The rocket was already lifting off, releasing the necessary power to ascend.

Allen drew his Zapakuto. "Lenalee..."

Somewhere, a feeling of nostalgia washed over him whenever he used this sword. He would feel as though he was forgetting something.

"..." Allen sharpened his gaze and vanished.

The intercontinental missile was cut in half, and Allen appeared on the other side, holding the warhead. He immediately stored it in his inventory, where it would never destabilize or release radiation.

"That was close..." Allen shook his head His eyebrow twitching with anger, as he called Cecil.

"Cecil!"

"Did you make it, Walker?"

"Yes, but can you explain why the launch of nuclear weapons can be activated from a control panel with no security systems...?"

Cecil noticed the irritated tone in Allen's voice and became embarrassed.

"Walker, the Department of Defense isn't under my control. The GDA is trying to be a more global organization, we tried..."

"Oh sure, wash your hands of it. Just tell me who I need to drag to hell to release this frustration!"

In the Invincible series, it was never explained how King Lizard came to have the ability to activate the warheads. They just appeared, and he boasted about being able to destroy whatever he wanted with just a button. In Allen's world or any world, that was surreal.

"Calm down, Walker, I'm sure this facility has its reasons for doing something like..."

"I don't care. This lunatic pointed a nuclear weapon at Chicago. If you don't give me someone's head, consider our partnership over!"

Allen hung up the call. He can be very understanding about many things, but he takes the safety of his loved ones very seriously, especially when it's something as serious as this. Even if he killed all the soldiers who were in the facility, King Lizard, no, no one should have the power to use warheads, especially in a place like that.

Cecil looked at his phone. He had rarely seen Allen angry, since it seemed that very little irritated him. But something happened this time that directly affected him. Even if some people in Congress might get upset, he had to act. He couldn't lose Allen, not now, with the possibility of both the Viltrumite Empire and an interdimensional invasion from Angstrom Levy.

...

..

...

In one of the countless universes, a tailor with four arms finished his work with a satisfied smile.

"Done, it looks impeccable, Mr. Levy. Is today a special day?"

"Thank you haha" Angstrom Levy smiled, "It's a special occasion. I'm going to see an old friend..."

With those words, Angstrom Levy Angstrom Levy prepared to leave. He was dressed in an elegant suit but unable to hide his deformed head and back as a result of the Mauler Machine, no, it was really his own fault for removing his helmet when the twins repeatedly warned him not to, and partly Invincible's fault for not having a cool mind and analyzing the situation better.

Angstrom crossed into a different world full of vegetation, but he didn't stay there. He opened another portal and arrived in a world in the middle of a zombie apocalypse. He didn't stay there either, and once more, he opened a portal into a world covered in ice and finally reached a city with tall modern buildings.

"Ah... home sweet home..."

Angstrom Levy smiled, knowing that every step he took brought him closer to his two goals: one was, of course, revenge against the Invincible of Universe 1, and the other was the elimination of Allen Walker. His existence was extremely dangerous for Angstrom, being the only one capable of pursuing him across infinite universes.

"Nothing personal Walker, but you're terrifying..."
