However, a forty-meter-long "Ice Blade"... From its very existence to its wielding, and the way it's recklessly swung around in the confined space of the sewer... For Menger, the stickler for details and mad scientist, this has already surpassed the bounds of "unbelievable" and is approaching the realm of "utter insanity."
