People endure hardship, and hence, mature.
Enduring hardship generally means doing much more work than others while not feeling any health issues.
Generally speaking, as long as the motivation is right, the harder people work, the healthier they become, contrary to what others imagine. Perhaps this is also one of the secrets to success.
