Outside the bedroom, there was a lot of talking. Amelia Clarke asked Dorothy Brown, "Are there a lot of people outside?"
"Um, about a dozen. Three of them were sent by your husband to help, and the rest are from the wedding planners, makeup artists, and photographers. It seems there's also a planner."
Amelia nodded.
After washing up, Dorothy Brown brought her breakfast into the room. She had just picked up her chopsticks when her phone rang.
Answering the phone, Owen Moreland's deep voice came through, his calm tone filled with deep concern, "Remember to eat breakfast."
The sound from the other end was a bit noisy; there must have been many people there as well.
Amelia smiled, "I was just about to eat, you should have breakfast too."
Owen softly responded, "Hmm."
Their plain words were filled with care for each other.
After hanging up, Amelia took a few bites then put down her chopsticks, perhaps a bit nervous; she didn't have an appetite.
