The main content of this book is the story of a princess who, due to palace intrigue, was swapped and ended up in the commoner's world as a female doctor, and later falls in love with a prince who is investigating incognito.
Since the protagonist is originally a princess, in order for this story to be more satisfying, the prince's identity must be a fake one. To add more melodrama to the plot, the author Tong Sanlang set up a role reversal, with the male protagonist originally being the son of a commoner family, sent to the palace to become a prince, while the female protagonist, originally a princess, ends up as a commoner.
