Grace Murdock had been quiet for a long time. Through Tim Morrison's voice, she seemed to feel the gravity of Amanda Smith's departure from Samuel Johnson.
But, even now, she didn't know where Amanda had gone.
That person must have been heartbroken, which was why she left so thoroughly, not leaving behind even a trace of her presence.
"Sigh…" Tim Morrison sighed, his voice carrying disappointment and helplessness.
Now he wanted to help Samuel, but there was nowhere to go to offer that help.
