The Sovereign's Sevenfold Heavenly Generals' laws pierced through the Small World, transforming it into a realm governed by laws. Upon reaching the Eighth Realm, the imprints of the Heavenly Laws from the Supreme achieved the Primordial World, and all the way to the realm of great emperors who were Strong Ones, merging the Undying Martial Soul with the Small World, commanding the entire world.
In fact, this realm of the great emperor was later designated by Warriors as the peak of the Sovereign's Ninefold Heavens, but the Undying Martial Soul had already begun to fuse with the Small World. By this measure, it transcended even the Ninefold Heavens' Sovereign.
Yet, the difference between this and the realm of the imperial path was as vast as Heaven and Earth; only by truly entering the imperial realm could the Undying Martial Soul become the master of the Small World.
