Just think about it, an organization as shady as the Dark Night Mercenary Group definitely wouldn't get any opportunities. There might have been chances, but it's also possible their memories were wiped clean because they have no tier-seven warriors backing them.
Du You didn't know why tier-seven warriors disfavor staying on Earth, but there must be a reason.
These tier-seven warriors, they must have some kind of relationship with Earth. Many forces on Earth are likely under their control, or at least their peripheral forces. Some are well-concealed, while others are not.
But it's undeniable that to become a real force acknowledged by the upper echelons, one must join them. At minimum, they need to recruit many others.
