"I believe with my charm, there still is a possibility. Don't tell me you regret dumping me back then. Do you feel that losing a fantastic man like me is a pity?" Ruan Xiangchen narcissistically said. It seemed like he could say anything that should and shouldn't be said in front of Luo Ai'ai, regardless of the consequences.
His words provoked a giggle from Luo Ai'ai. "Maybe it's like that. Is it too late for me to regret now?"
Ruan Xiangchen was just making a casual comment earlier, but Luo Ai'ai's response made him flabbergasted. He opened his mouth but couldn't utter a word for a while.
Seeing his embarrassed expression, Luo Ai'ai burst into laughter. "Okay, okay. I was just joking. Why are you spending so much time thinking about it? You thought I was genuinely regretting it, huh? You're too narcissistic."
Ruan Xiangchen scoffed, "Then what were you brooding about earlier? Did you fall for another man you shouldn't have?"
