Yu Lian's eyes sparkled as she proclaimed, "Mrs. Nan, you are the most stunning woman I've ever seen carrying off clothes, a natural clothes hanger. You look absolutely gorgeous."
"Then it's settled on this one." Qin Yin said with a smile and then walked out barefoot.
Yu Lian ran to fetch a pair of shoes, not high-heeled but wedged. The heels were carved out in a hollow pattern, with beautiful flowers crafted from crystal material within the hollowed section, which made them look not cumbersome at all but rather more delicate.
"Try these shoes." Yu Lian handed the shoes to Qin Yin.
Qin Yin slipped them on and generously complimented Yu Lian again, but then she asked, "How come you didn't pick high-heels this time?"
Scratching his head, Yu Lian said, "Mr. Nan mentioned that you don't like wearing high heels, that they hurt your feet, so he suggested we pick shoes that aren't high heels."
Hearing this, Qin Yin felt a warm feeling in her heart, stepping out in the wedge shoes.
