The bridal chamber was resplendent with gold, jade, and exquisite treasures. The Eastern Warm Pavilion had two open sections, with the Emperor's throne against the north wall of the east side, to the right of which was a jade Ruyi, symbolizing "auspicious wishes." In front of the pillars connected to the kang bed, there were vases and precious utensils arranged on the kang table, and to the left of the kang, a pair of double happiness table lamps was placed on a long table.
