Quintin's POV
Exactly two weeks ago, I finally received a response through a letter from my father. I regularly send him letters to let him know how I was doing but I rarely get a response since it is not only difficult to send one from our town but it is also quite expensive. I thought at that time that since he responded, it might be about something really important.
I took the letter from the adventurer guild receptionist and then ran excitedly back to the inn that I was staying in. After entering my room, I hurriedly opened the letter, wanting to read the contents as soon as possible.
As I read through the letter, I couldn't help but smile as my father gave me his well wishes and he told me how happy he was that I arrived safely at my destination. They also thanked me for the package I recently sent to the town. My father and mother have always been like this. They just want me to do well.
