Major Dune, with a rather delicate face, was carrying a command saber. He glanced at Colonel Fraser, who was observing the battlefield through a telescope not far away, and said in a low voice:
"But now I understand where the Marshal and Fraser's concerns about the people of Transia come from. Facing such enemies on the battlefield is indeed troublesome. However, at least for now, they stand as our allies against the Wolf People.
It's a strangely reassuring feeling."
Our western front received fire support from the Pioneer Leader, allowing us to take down a quarter of the enemy's position after just one charge.
The progress cannot be described as anything but significant, yet we were not the fastest advancing front.
