Murphy sat cross-legged on the ground, silently invoking the name of the Endless One within the material realm. He soon re-established contact with the Half-god of Star Realm, but this time, it was Murphy leading the conversation. The barriers between the material world and the Star Realm meant he no longer had to worry about being entrapped by that cunning Endless One again.
That guy needed something from him.
Murphy was certain of this. Moreover, since the sly social snake knew of his Alpha identity, it was inevitable to get more information about the "Alpha Plan" from it.
"Lord Mannis, have you been captured? If you're still in one piece, give me a sign."
Murphy asked. After several seconds, Mannis replied with curses and venom in his tone:
"I just narrowly escaped from old turtle Cui Tan's clutches. That bastard just wait for it, when I morph into the invincible 'Star Serpent' form, I'll flip over his nest and eat all his turtle eggs to nourish my body.
