Caster Falls is...
A fairly wealthy city, and mostly residential.
It's very aesthetic. Excessively so, in fact. But that is a point of pride for the people of Caster Falls, that travelers will go so out of the way just to experience the sights that only Caster Falls presents.
Or at least, it was, before the earthquake.
There's no telling just how badly the aesthetics were damaged by that earthquake.
Or if the damage is so extensive it can never be fixed.
I don't know the extent of the damage at all, in fact, but I know that it is...bad. That's not the most elegant word, perhaps, but what I've heard amounts to it all the same.
It's single-handedly the reason why King Henri hadn't sent any support to Celend and the others until we arrived to petition for his help.
So if we're going there, I know it's not going to look like I once knew it to. It won't be a lovely tourist trip to a beautiful city to chase a wild goose hunt orchestrated by Beatrix.
