"Yes yes~" He says with a little smile, and then sighs. "Though it does make sense to be looking for magical cataclysms, I guess."
I nod.
"Exactly." I agree. "It's the only lead we've got."
"So far." He reminds me. "I'll go back to my books."
"Good idea." I nod.
He grins and heads back to his table.
I glance at Celeste.
She's still reading, her eyes darting back and forth across the pages. She's got a notebook in front of her, and she's writing down notes as she goes.
I look around at the shelves of books surrounding us. This is the most likely location to find any information, but...it's a big library. Even with the three of us working together, we're going to need time to comb through it.
I'm not doing us any favors on that front by sitting here not reading.
I'd like to say there's some sort of strategy to picking a book, that I should at least make up for this delay with a smart choice of book to start with, but the fact is...
