After walking for more than fifteen minutes, Adam suddenly halted in his footsteps after sensing something in the periphery of his Sphere of Resonance.
"What is it?" Daneli, who was walking right behind him, asked in a hushed tone.
Adam turned around and glanced at the people behind him. "We have company."
At once, Daneli, Liriel, and Kael turned solemn. Although they had already expected this, the fact that it was truly happening caused them to be slightly taken aback.
"Those bastards really are using these secret tunnels," Liriel spoke somberly.
"We still can't be sure if these guys are from the Red Fists," Adam replied. "For now, we need to move to the center of the tunnel to avoid them. They seem to be using both footpaths."
