This was none other than the leader of the Herbalist Guild's branch in Ravenfell, the Rank 3 - Mana Vortex Magus, Halbert Dawson.
Seeing the man, Brigham cancelled his cloaking spell and greeted him, "Lord Dawson, thank you for meeting me at such short notice."
