Jason sighed heavily as he lay on the bed of the hotel room he had booked for his stay in Lisbon for the time being.
As for how long he would be staying in Lisbon, Jason no longer knew.
He had originally planned to leave the following day, but certain situations had arisen that Jason wasn't able to ignore and were the cause of his "indefinite till further notice" stay in Lisbon.
As for what the 'certain situations' were… what could they be other than relationship issues?
Despite his lack of understanding of certain emotions due to having no experience, Jason's judgment skills had always been top notch and he was able to read people quite easily… or at least he was able to read what was being shown, he was no match for skilled actors.
Thanks to this certain trait, he had noticed that apart from the initial excitement that Sofia had shown when she had snuck up on him from behind, the usual exuberance around her that he was so used to had dulled considerably.
