"W-wait, this old building has a reactor inside?! That's insane! Just what is that building made for?" Shiro reacted completely bewildered.
'If what she said is true, then this ruined building's core is capable of sustaining finite electricity and a small explosion comparable to a micronuke,' he thought before continuing to listen to Noodle.
"Well, it was used in the early days as a food production warehouse to make near-infinite goods; however, because of the uncontrollable chaos at the time, it was initially destroyed," she explained, telling the story with hand gestures.
