Chapter 211 - CHAPTER TWO HUNDRED AND ELEVEN

The ship rocked as the current pulled harder. The sea, already restless from the recent attacks, had turned into something else—something alive. The crew clung to whatever they could as the mist thickened, curling around the ship like skeletal fingers.

"Shit," Kalei hissed under her breath, staring out over the railings. "That's a lot of wrecks."

She wasn't wrong. The remains of countless ships lay half-submerged in the water, their splintered hulls and jagged masts reaching upward like gravestones. Some had been there for years, their wood rotting and blackened, while others seemed... fresh.

The Siren's Kiss groaned as it slowed, its sails now useless. The wind had died—one moment strong enough to carry them past the island, the next gone completely as if swallowed whole.

"The ship's stopped moving!" one of the crew shouted.

"We're being pulled in!"
