Lorde. The desert had turned into an ocean. For the people of this world, it was simply a miracle but for people like him, he understood what had happened. The veil must have been so weak in the area, maybe injured from a stray attack during a battle in space or for some other reason, but its weakness allowed spiritual energy or aura or mana or whatever.
Life-giving energy seeped from the universe into the desert. He had felt for the place with the richest energy and he must have been correct when you look at how many traps and villains they have met on the way here.
He reached out with his energy again and frowned. It should be some kind of device, preventing him from teleporting. He should have such devices in his box under his bed.
