After the Antares and the Rigel Continents fell, Lawrence chose one city each in the Cygni and Aldebaran Continents, which would solely belong to them.
This would allow them to mobilize their forces and assist the Monarch Clans, as well as the Prestigious Families, in defending against Dimensional Outbreaks.
They also owned one city in the Aldebaran Continent, where the 60th up to the 69th Battalion were stationed.
Whenever there were emergencies, especially ones related to monster outbreaks, the Battalions stationed on each continent would mobilize and help protect the people.
In the Sirius Continent, the Central Government had Justice City.
In the Aldebaran Continent, they had New Dawn City.
Within the Cygni Continent, they had Casimir City.
By far, it was the largest and most developed city on the continent.
It was even larger than the capital city of the Griffin Clan, the Wingdom City.
