The situation, in short, wasn't favorable for him in the least.
Even though he had unleashed his full draconic power through the use of Wild Magic, returning to his sexy and majestic form and enhancing his abilities with such a marvelous transformation.
For a Dragon Lord of his level, transforming between his human and draconic forms was no challenge.
What was, however, was the creation of his armor, requiring all the souls he consumed in his attack on Paltanas Mar, the ancient nation of Beastmen and other beings he destroyed before founding the Draconic Kingdom.
But other than that, the humanoid transformation wasn't difficult. Even though the spell was Wild Magic, the consumption of his soul was such that the powerful and enormous soul recovered from the damage as quickly as it appeared. Of course, while his Dragon form was impressive, his humanoid form came with several advantages. First, he didn't have to find giant beasts to satisfy himself, at least without having to use piles of skin, flesh, and bone as a 'sheath' when trying to enter something much smaller. While he, the Dragon Lord of Brightness, didn't even mind incest, though he never had the interest to try it at the moment, he wasn't particularly attracted to blood and organs in bed… In fact, he preferred not to even look at them. He hated fights.
It's not that he isn't strong. With a single punch, he could destroy a country just from the earthquake it would cause.
However, long before fighting endlessly, bathing in the blood of her enemies, and commanding or destroying armies, he preferred to bathe in treasure, feel the wind on his scales, explore the landscapes even though he'd seen them hundreds of times, take long naps, eat the delicious delicacies of his maidens. And above all, fucking.
He loved having sex. Race didn't matter, whether she was a human, a Werewolf, an Orc, he didn't even care if she was a half-breed or something like a Demon or even a Player, though he never tried the latter, but he always liked the idea. They say Players are very beautiful, from what he heard from the only woman of the Kings of Greed.
Sometimes he even let himself go and brought men to his bed. Why not? Especially if they were submissive and reproducible~
Say… At what point did the 'ecstasy of battle' surpass the ecstasy of filling a beautiful woman with your seed? Golden honestly didn't understand. He didn't understand Rasilyk's penchant for destruction, O'Lysandyx's adoration of justice, Tsaindorcus's rigorous and stressful duty to 'maintain peace in the world' when his only duty was to kill Players.
There were plenty of other examples, like the sexy tomboy Kih'Monyrte, may she rest in peace, who preferred to form underwater civilizations that worship her, and the also-late Cakonyiius, who preferred to isolate himself and sleep deep underground in absolute darkness surrounded by insects.
But none of that is relevant. After all, as Dragon Lords, the pinnacle of both biological and pure power in the entire world, they had the right and the freedom to do whatever they wanted.
If Rasilyk wanted to destroy a continent, what was stopping him? Only the complaints of his fellow Dragons. If O'Lysandyx wanted to execute someone because, according to him, they had done an injustice or something, who was going to stop him? The local judicial authorities?
Even the more 'extravagant' ravings, so to speak, of other Dragon Lords, such as the case of Cure Elim, were something that, while Golden in particular didn't approve of, being a true betrayal of life itself, they could understand and accept as something that simply no one could do anything about.
Well... Either way, Malaindrus didn't like fighting. But, since he would ultimately have to fight someone or the other, there was something he could enjoy about fighting, besides watching the asses and tits bounce of female opponents. And that was winning.
Although, to be fair, who didn't like winning?
Malaindrus didn't even care if the fight was unfair to his opponent, a random human trying to bite off more than he could chew, a rebellious child who thought he was stronger than his father, a damsel who believed that because she had abs that could lick her, she could oppose a Dragon Lord. Golden simply liked the satisfying feeling of winning.
Therefore, when he found himself in a situation where… He was losing, he wasn't satisfied at all.
"[Piercing Arrow]" A monotonous voice chanted, as the arrow of light shot from his bow at ultrasonic speeds, causing Malaindrus to grunt as the arrow firmly embedded itself between his scales, piercing through the draconic flesh until it passed through and out the other side.
"[Shiny Impact]!" The Dragon Lord roared, slamming his fist into the ground, his slender claw causing gleaming golden cracks in the ground that extended for miles around, before suddenly exploding violently upward, violently kicking up rock and earth.
However, for the Fairy, riding on the back of the flying armor, such an endeavor was no more difficult to avoid than simply rising higher into the sky and avoiding the enormous boulders that flew upward.
Even for the man in tiger-like armor, he only grabbed onto the piece of rock he was sent flying from before using said surface to launch a powerful leap, shattering it in the process, as he lunged like a predator toward Golden.
Goldenwas about to throw a punch at the small, but overly strong, warrior, but a serpentine shadow slithered up behind him, roaring as it bit into his arm, sinking its draconic and demonic teeth into his flesh.
"UGH! FUCKING SHITTY FUCKE-! GAH!" The Dragon Lord, while distracted for a mere moment by the Bastard of the Beast biting his arm, was still enough for the feline warrior to slam into his chest.
Normally, something that size couldn't possibly have the strength to push back tons of pure Dragon, but as if ignoring that bit of common sense, Bulldoger tackled Malaindrus, pushing him back with the sheer force of his charge. The demonic Dragon retreated like a nimble snake to avoid Golden's fate, who fell back against the piles of stacked and shattered rock born from the high-level destructive combat that was unfolding.
A volley of arrows swiftly sped toward the Dragon Lord of Brightness, piercing his scales, not as deeply as before, but still damaging. Golden roared in excruciating pain, trying to get up, only to be stopped by powerful claws gripping his scales, lifting him up like a dog, throwing him skyward.
Instantly, the Lord of Greed slammed his fists down on Malaindrus.
Of course, the Evil Lord's physical strength wasn't comparable to that of a Commander, but he was still capable of damaging the Dragon Lord, sending him tumbling like a brick to the ground, shattering boulders and sending rocks and dust flying as he turned a grassland into a deep canyon.
Malaindrus growled angrily, trying to get up, only to see Bulldoger fall with all his weight on top of him if he didn't move now.
With a click of his tongue, he chanted.
"[Flash Movement]!" He let out, disappearing in a flash of intense light, avoiding the stomp that lifted all the rock and earth around him from the force of the impact alone.
Instead, the enormous golden-scaled figure appeared behind Miia and Echidna, its shadow projecting over them.
The Fairy and the Mecha turned around, quickly seeking to respond to the Dragon Lord's appearance.
However, finally, Malaindrus could respond in some way.
"[Wild Magic: Chrome Meteor]" He growled, his fist surrounding a huge, ethereal, yellowish metal ball, hurtling like a missile toward Miia.
And this time, Miia couldn't avoid the impact.
Striking squarely against the Fairy and her armor, the two were propelled like a meteor to the side, colliding with the crushed rocks and sinking into them.
Opening his mouth quickly, a golden flash could be seen coming from his throat, and the Beast of the Bastard sank into the ground like tar, quickly avoiding the yellow laser that passed where he was. In return, the hundreds and thousands of B.A.F.W.s who were circling back and forth trying to reach Golden were hit by the laser, with hundreds of them being turned into golden statues that disintegrated into motes of light…
And unlike before, when they would have been replaced by hundreds more of the biological weapons, the beasts simply charged, losing a huge number of them.
The battle between level 100 beings simply wiped out so many of them that just over a thousand remained.
On the other hand, the Demons were completely destroyed. Naturally, since low and low-mid tier summons had no place in a high level battle.
"Did you analyze their combat pattern?" Miia's monotonous voice sounded through the descending smoke.
Sounds barely audible to a keen ear, in the form of small chirping sounds, came from the armor, as a 'thought', or rather, information, was transmitted.
"… I see. We still can't be sure." She nodded.
Compared to a fight against a Player, they were in the presence of something that surpassed the limits of Yggdrasil, possessing both abilities and unknown magic.
This [Chrome Meteor]… It ignored Scale of Judgment of Titania, and all of Echidna and Miia's resistances to blunt damage. And if it weren't for Miia possessing Legendary-level equipment, and Echidna being a Divine-class artifact, they might have suffered great 'material' damage, that is, great damage to their equipment.
Another sound rang out from the armor, with Miia squinting, the dust simply vanishing upon contact, not bothering her open eyes.
"Anomaly? You're implying a strange pattern to that [Wild Magic]..." The Fairy understood. Although that magic was powerful, the one suffering the most was Bulldoger. Which was strange, as he was a Commander as resilient as, or more resilient than, Lady Black Abyss White Flower herself.
"That's correct. The reason why that [Wild Magic] didn't damage me at all, find it." She muttered to Echidna, leaping up in a leap that instantly put her on top of the sky. She returned to the fray by drawing her bow and firing an arrow that turned completely dark toward the enormous Dragon, heading for its body, though stopped by a golden energy shield that shattered upon impact.
GOlden collided his fist with Bulldoger's, both of them flinching from the impact.
However, where Malaindrus halted his momentum by skidding between rocks, then having to throw his golden breath to the side to avoid the Bastard, Bulldoger had a boost unhindered by air resistance… But it was still far less than Golden's. The wonders of a tank.
The Tiger Man clutched the ground with his claws, as if preparing to launch himself like a feline at unsuspecting prey, while Greed suddenly teleported to Brightness's side, using his scythe and slashing steadily toward him. This was just a nasty scrape for Golden , who used his tail to smack the Evil Lord, sending him flying off like a mosquito.
"[Greater Projectile] [Double Shoot] [Grand Critic]" Miia chanted. Her skills were starting to run out. She still had several, but unlike a warrior, they had fewer daily uses, though they had a great impact in combat in return.
An arrow of light shot out, splitting into two equal arrows instantly, hurtling toward the Dragon Lord, while missiles of concentrated fire magic, plasma, shot out in a total of 10 shots from Echidna's palms.
The two arrows pierced the distracted Dragon's flesh, causing him to roar once more, only to see the Plasma Shoots directed toward him.
"[Wild Magic: Majestic Wings]!" He roared, his wings, gnawed and somewhat tattered from all the combat, instantly repairing themselves, shining like freshly polished gold. He placed one of his wings in front of him, using it as a shield from the 10 projectiles, just in time for them to impact with it, simply exploding as if they were hitting an indestructible wall.
However…
"[Bestial Charge]! [Tiger's Wrath]! [Primitive Claws]!" Bulldoger roared mightily, shooting forward at impressive speed toward Golden, his claws extended forward, larger than normal, quickly colliding with Malaindrus's bare chest, once again knocking him onto his back.
But unlike before, the tank didn't just lift him up.
Instead, it raised its claws and scratched at the golden scales, shattering them like glass against metal, leaving a large mark on the draconic skin. It then raised its other hand and repeated the process.
So, again and again, he scratched in an animal fury, breaking scales, tearing flesh, and bathing himself in golden blood in delight and savage rage.
"GAHHHHHHHH! I WON'T LET YOU IN ME LIKE THAT!" Golden roared with the same fury despite still being a joker, directing a punch toward the warrior.
The latter, however, stopped his constant attack on the Dragon, trapping the fist in his claws.
He pushed him a little, but surprisingly for the Dragon Lord, he didn't fly away.
"ROOOAAAAHHHHH!" Like a wild animal, the top of the food chain, Bulldoger roared, imposing dominance while activating other skills, causing Brightness to falter for a moment, though it was insignificant.
"[SKY SPARK]!" Malaindrus roared, his body suddenly glowing brightly, inflicting a second of blindness on both Miia and Bulldoger, quite impressive considering their resistances. But at that moment, Golden took advantage of the situation to land a punch from the other side at Bulldoger, before quickly standing up and flapping his wings, rising from the sky, and suddenly plummeting toward the Tiger Man, who shot out.
Bulldoger couldn't effectively block the attack, only placing his thickly gauntleted arms in the middle, taking Golden's punch squarely and shoving him to the ground.
But then came another blow, and another, and another, and another.
A barrage of blows rained down on him, while Golden chanted.
"¡[GOLDEN CONSTELLATION]! ¡ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!"
As if in a display of impossible absurdity, as Miia recovered from her blindness and coordinated with Echidna to fire another powerful arrow at Golden, she saw how, in a matter of just 9 seconds, she could count at least 550 hits in the form of flashes of light falling towards her fellow Commander, while said residual lights from the hits that surpassed the sound barrier blocked the dozens of arrows Miia directed at the Dragon.
The Bastard of the Beast , however, rose into the sky before violently firing a beam of pure demonic energy from its mouth towards Golden's back, directly impacting the Dragon focused on attacking the tank.
Malaindrus, pleased with the damage he managed to cause, chanted.
"[Flash Movement]!" Once again, appearing behind the Bastard, towering over him, he grabbed him by the neck from behind, causing the Demonic Dragon to wriggle, seeking to break free, but receiving a powerful bite to his long neck instead. "[Dragon Lord Technique: Bite]!" Unleashing the most unoriginal racial ability Black Abyss or Dont could hear, his already powerful bite suddenly doubled in power, making the summon shriek in pain as it seemed to activate a skill, its body bathing in black flames, but something Golden cast several minutes earlier during the battle protected it from the flames.
Even when Greed managed to recover and appeared above Golden, scything it into his neck, which was just a mosquito bite at this point, but strangely causing one of Golden's scales to appear on the Evil Lord's free hand, the Dragon Lord didn't let go of the Demonic Dragon. Echidna shot toward Malaindrus like a missile, her spear forward, with Miia on the ground, glancing sideways at Bulldoger.
Bulldoger stood up, his Legendary-rank gauntlets covered in cracks of pale light.
"Bulldoger?" She asked monotonously, firing an arrow of light. It arced from the side, slamming into Golden's flank. Golden ignored it, placing the Bastard between him and Echidna. The armor had to use another of its limited teleportation uses to appear behind the Dragon Lord, its spear striking his back with demonic burns.
The spear suddenly spun violently, causing Malaindrus to roar and grab the Bastard's head as he let go, using it like a whip to strike Echidna as he turned around, with Greed backing away to avoid any collateral damage. The armor flew off upon impact, while the draconic summon shrieked in pain, as he too took damage from being slammed into an unbreakable object.
"He disabled my Savage Amazon Gauntlets." The defensive Commander spat, his hands slightly trembling. Certainly, taking so many hits from a Monk-type creature must have damaged him greatly. But to disable a Legendary-class item… That attack must have been intended to destroy the equipment more than anything. If it weren't for the fact that the Savage Amazon Gauntlets given to Bulldoger were Legendary-class, and therefore indestructible, Titania would have lost a high-level artifact.
"It was a powerful attack. With the amount of damage taken, it was only a matter of time. Fight with your bare hands." Miia blurted out as she opened her inventory, taking something out… "Because you can take a lot of damage, and I'm conducting research, I'll allow you to wield the World-Class Item that was given to me, with the requirement that you take more powerful attacks directly." Miia exclaimed, a droplet falling from Bulldoger's forehead as he looked at the mirror in the archer's hand. "Of course, using the item isn't an option, just receive more hits."
"That… Isn't that the item that was given to Eye- Ejem, to the little girl…? I don't think I can afford to look at us in third-person view in the middle of combat…" The Tiger Man sweated a little more before shaking his head.
"That's why using it isn't an option, cat. Just keep it in your inventory and keep tanking." Miia blurted, stretching her hand with the item toward the Commander.
The tank grumbled, grabbing the mirror and putting it in his inventory.
Then he looked at his own armor, and then at the Dragon Lord, who was in a much more even fight against Echidna, Greed, and the Bastard, although clearly at a disadvantage due to the two Demonic Summons supporting the wick, and the arrows that occasionally shot out from Miia.
Of course, he paid no attention to the B.A.F.W.s, who swarmed below them like ants in a circle of death, waiting for the opportunity to climb onto the Dragon Lord.
He growled, cracking his neck as a flash covered it, his armor disappearing.
The tanned, handsome man clicked his tongue at the discomfort of not having his armor, but it didn't matter. He looked at his arms, bruised and wounds that were healing rapidly. He could feel the cracked bones repairing themselves with their massive regeneration, but the total damage to his HP wasn't going to regenerate as quickly as it would on his own body.
He growled again... Tch... He hated cowards who destroyed equipment. He hated them... Grrrrrrrr...
A violent feeling surged through him, wanting to tear the Dragon apart... And so he would.
"[Lycanthropy]" He growled, the base skill of his race, but, boosted by the rest of his race levels, its effect was simply greater.
His muscles expanded violently, while his clothes disappeared, replaced by white, orange, and black fur… Though his back, hands, and feet simply had their skin torn off, while enormous claws sprouted from his fingers, with sharp bone protruding from his spine, and a long tail with no skin halfway protruding from his tailbone. His face deformed as his size increased. The humanoid face disappeared, replacing the golden, human eyes with the eyes of a beast, with vertical pupils, while furry ears protruded from the sides of his head and his mouth elongated into a snout. Large, white teeth emerged from between his black and red jaws, as he let out a menacing growl.
[Bulldoger Lycanthrope Form PNG]
Bulldoger, the Tiger Werewolf, stretched his muscles, augmented by his transformation.
".. .Go for it, tiger." Miia said monotonously, causing the warrior to growl like a predator, much closer to one than before.
And leaping with enough power to shake the earth, Bulldoger let out a tiger-like roar, quickly catching up with the golden lizard in the sky, who had just landed a clean punch on Echidna while a golden aura surrounded him.
He rammed him mid-flight, causing him to fall a few meters before trying to get back up.
"UGH! GET OFF OF ME, YOU ANNOYING HAIRY THING!" Malaindrus roared, before growling in pain as, with even greater force than before, the Tiger King shattered scales and tore flesh. Malaindrus felt the unpleasant sensation of the metal spear digging into his neck, before a whirlwind of fire swirled around him. "DAMN IT!" He roared violently, aiming a punch at Bulldoger, only to be stopped by the Bastard's beak-like mouth, deflecting the blow as he jumped on top of him, tangling his tail with Golden's to immobilize it.
Greed, on the other hand, positioned himself between Bulldoger and Brightness's other fist, taking the blow full on… And disappearing in motes of golden light…
Bulldoger would be sure to mention the Lord of Greed's bravery and sacrifice to the Supremes. With that, she roared violently, chanting skill after skill, maximizing damage and bleeding as they slowly fell due to the Dragon Lord's lack of balance, trying to throw the three off her while Miia fired huge, rapid-fire arrows of light, which exploded and pierced her body.
"AAGGHHHHH! [WILD MAGIC: MAXIMUM Brightness]!" He roared with all his might... And a golden explosion suddenly occurred, with Echidna, the Bastard, and Bulldoger inside.
There was no shockwave, but a blinding flash... Similar to when the Supreme One had been enraged. No, even brighter...
If Miia weren't highly resistant to blindness, she was sure she would have been blinded for at least 5 seconds, which was a long time.
… But instead... The Fairy opened her eyes, trembling slightly as she bit her lip, tensing as... She felt the connection with Echidna fade.
The golden sphere suddenly disappeared, leaving four figures in the sky…
A suit of armor, two Dragons, and a Tiger Man…
The suit of armor remained motionless, staggering as if using the last bits of energy it had, like a dead animal, before falling inertly like a piece of trash…
One of the two Dragons, a demonic and thin one, crumbled into motes of black dust and ash, its passive ability ignored and all…
And the Tiger Man was static…
All that remained was…
"GUAHHHHH!" The golden Dragon vomited blood as it staggered, finally free of its attackers, leaving only Miia. "Damn it… I ALMOST DIED FROM THAT, YOU FUCKING MOTHERFUCKERS!" He spat violently.
He used the few souls he had left and part of his already wounded soul for that. Tch, a little more and he actually dies, consuming it all for his strongest offensive ability.
"I won't keep you waiting for that, then." Miia sounded much more serious than usual.
Golden looked at the Fairy before twisting his teeth into a somewhat pained, but confident, smile.
"H-HAHA! YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR LITTLE FRIENDS NOW, YOU BIG-ASSED KUUDERE! I know you're a ranged attacker! I just have to get close to you, and I'll finish you off! And if you're lucky, you'll survive, and I'll make you my new main lover!" He pointed his finger accusingly.
Certainly, for all this, it seemed like a fair reward… Ouch, by his crotch, he was tired.
"Good luck with that." Miia blurted out, her eyes flashing, pointing her bow at him, drawing the string taut, a whirlpool appearing at the tip, beginning to swirl everything around her.
"[Flash Move-]! Huh?" Golden tried to use his ability one last time, his last use in fact… But feeling his own insides feel the cold air, at least compared to his body temperature of 100 degrees, confused him…
He looked down, seeing the enormous wound Bulldoger had left. A truly disturbing and traumatizing sight, a Dragon with its chest and ribs ripped open, its organs exposed.
He could feel the gallons and gallons of blood pouring out of its cut wounds and veins… His life was slipping away. Not at the level where it would endanger his life so quickly… But it was not only painful, but unpleasant. It was fortunate that he had dulled much of his sense of pain a while ago.
"Tch." He clicked his tongue, reaching out to grab the Tiger Man who continued to dig his claws into his flesh. "Give me a moment, expressionless ass, I'm going to close this. So time out." He asked as if it made sense, making Miia blink for a second at the absurdity of it. "[Star Energ-]"
"[Primitive Carnage]" Bulldoger chanted, breaking free from his pretense of motion, extending his claws and grasping the Dragon Lord's heart between his talons as he forced himself through the flesh and tissue.
"Huh?" Once again, Malaindrus blinked, suddenly feeling his organs explode. "G-GAHHHHHH!" He roared, spitting out a lake of blood as he convulsed in pain, even though most of it was muted.
"[Active Offensive: Z.E.U.S.]" Miia chanted, releasing her arrow.
Despite seeming so unstable, it shot out with incredible smoothness, and time almost seemed to slow down…
Something that shouldn't exist, floating in the atmosphere, activated once more, finally having reached the end of its cooldown.
Activating almost instantly, following a beacon on the surface, it waited for the moment of activation, the moment said signal impacted its target…
And Miia's arrow collided with Golden's forehead, without even pushing him…
"...What's this… Bullshit…?" Golden muttered, not only feeling the blow, but it didn't cause any damage, while the damage to his body completely numbed him, leaving him dizzy.
A second later…
A beam of blue light fell from the sky, bathing him completely in energy…
And Golden, Malaindrus Oriculus, the Dragon Lord of Brightness, roared.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" He shrieked, as furious, violent electricity invaded his body, shattering every nerve and searing his flesh, ironically increasing its damage even further due to the gold in his scales and blood. The secret weapon that would have easily weakened Golden by half if used from the start, but hey, better late than never.
After all, if it was capable of such damage at the start, at this moment it would be… Completely lethal…
For a full 5 seconds, Golden's shriek of pain and the sound of electricity ionizing and crackling like a violent storm of divine fury could be heard as a thunderous rumble of pain and energy for miles around…
And suddenly, the beam went out, ending the skill.
Trembling as its golden scales occasionally released golden rays, spasming as it hovered in the air like a cartoon despite not flapping its wings, releasing smoke as liquid gold gushed from its open wounds, mouth, and eyes…
The Dragon Lord of Brightness fell like a dead bird, crashing to the ground with a mighty rumble.
Miia lowered her bow before watching more calmly as a mighty roar pushed away all the smoke and dust born from the impact.
Bulldoger stood over the remains of Malaindrus Oriculus and roared victoriously.
"ROOAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
And the Melusine, Miia, finally declared after examining the Dragon.
"Target eliminated."

[Wild Magic: Golden Time Out]
The most pristine and pure rest. A moment of golden purity where nothing around you matters. All that matters is oneself and one's own Brightness. Unmoved by destruction, indifferent to time, unaltered by death. A moment that could be etched in pure gold of its beauty and wonder, but which costs eternity and life itself to endure forever as an eternal golden stain in the decay.
~~~
Wild Magic spell, the consumption of which translates to a level 10 spell in the form of HP instead of Mana, or souls alternately, for every second active by the Dragon Lord of Brightness. Upon use, Malaindrus will be untouchable, unreachable, indestructible, immovable, and unshakeable. He will become a golden statue that cannot be moved or harmed by anything in any possible way, ignoring damage, negative effects, as well as positive effects and healing. Malaindrus is conscious during this state and can deactivate or extend the spell as long as he wishes.
[Wild Magic: Maximum Brightness]
The final radiance. The channeling of the Brightness of the stars into the earth. The power of a Dragon with a soul as bright as a sun, a heart like pure gold, and a mind as precious as the infinite cosmos. The Brightness that devours the purity and vitality of the most resplendent being, and with it, destroys the light of those unworthy who dare to sully its golden glow.
~~~
Wild Magic spell, the consumption of which translates to 50% of the Dragon Lord of Brightness's total HP, at least considering he has no souls to consume in place of his own vitality. In response, a sphere of golden light generates around him about 10 meters in diameter, destroying 50% of the HP of the affected targets, added to the total HP percentage based on the HP Malaindrus has lost. That is, if Malaindrus has 60% of his total HP, this spell will deal 50% of the individual targets HP + 40% of his total HP.
