Thankfully, the man was quite gracious. He pushed up his glasses and gave a subtle smile, "It's alright, it's a small matter."
For some reason, as Mu Xiangwan watched his smile, she couldn't help but feel as if she had seen him somewhere before — a mixture of unfamiliarity and familiarity. But upon searching her memory, she was sure she did not know such a man.
Was it that all attractive men, more or less, look alike?
Noticing her spacing out as she wiped, the man politely asked again in a gentle tone, "Miss, are you alright?"
"Huh? Oh... I'm fine, I'm fine..." Once she came back to her senses, Mu Xiangwan gave a bashful smile and returned to her seat, "I've wiped it clean for you, I'm really sorry."
"I told you, it doesn't matter."
Mu Xiangwan smiled faintly, didn't say anything, and sat in silence, still thinking about the scene in her dream earlier.
She hadn't had that nightmare for so long, why would she dream of such a terrifying scene when she dozed off on the plane?
