Everybody started bringing out their songs one after another, clearly well-prepared.
When it was Lu Sheng's turn, he was the most smug, "Their songs are suitable for the preliminaries, but mine can take the singers to the finals. They're like artillery shells. I've got twenty-one of them. I challenge anyone to have more!"
"Nice quantity."
Yang Zhongming responded indifferently, "However, we need to look at quality first before discussing quantity."
Lu Sheng was displeased, "Don't you already know my level in songwriting? I would never bring up trash."
"That does seem good."
Zheng Jing picked up one of the scores, raised an eyebrow and said, "It's just a bit taxing on the voice, the singing difficulty is high. Only a few like Fei Yang could sing it well."

Zheng Jing had only given it a cursory look; the actual effectiveness of the song had yet to be judged by a formal performance.
