For Enzo to accomplish his plan, he asked for Gael's help and Kimmy's cooperation. Gael owned the hospital where Kimmy was sent, that's why he could easily disguise himself as a doctor.
Gael had already briefed the staff that Enzo would act as a doctor for today, tending to a particular patient– Kimmy Ivankov.
"Where is my daughter?" Lanny asked the nurse when she didn't see Kimmy in the emergency room.
"Ma'am, your daughter has been transferred to the children's ward. You can go and see her now," the nurse replied.
Before she left, the nurse reminded the bodyguards to stay behind because they didn't want the other children to be frightened by them.
Of course, her words were just an alibi so that Lanny's bodyguard wouldn't follow her to the ward. Enzo needed some private time with her alone.
Lanny and Aaron proceeded to the ward. While they were on their way, Aaron received a text message from Kimmy.
