[Trying 1st Person For this Fight Scene]
My skin rippled as silver scales emerged across my body that ballooned with a painful crack and groan. I dropped to the floor as my arms turned into powerful forelimbs with massive clawed hands. My pants then split, tearing the threads as my skeleton shifted, forming new limbs and joints that were covered with slabs of powerful muscles and sinew.
My back arched as my spine elongated, with a tail sprouting out from my coccyx and a row of spines running down its length and up my back. At the same time, my shoulders split open as two winged arms emerged stretching out into the air in a display of power and stature.
But even in the middle of my transformation, I knew it wouldn't be enough, 'More...I need more!!'
A visceral roar tore from my mouth that cracked as it elongated and razor-sharp teeth sprouted from my gums. My twin souls ignited as I burned my mana at a furious rate fueling my transformation and allowing me to grow to an unprecedented size.
When the flurry of sensations came to a pause I opened my eyes to find my gaze level with Voldemort in basilisk form who stared at me in stunned surprise.
A deep rumbling growl reverberated in my chest as I lifted my head to the heavens and roared with enough force to make the very air tremble.
Voldemort replied with a roar of his own and he lunged for my exposed neck his myriad of fangs all dripping potent acid venom.
In a flash, my left-winged arm shot up grabbing Voldemort's corrupted flesh and holding him at a distance. Like the ravaged beast he was Voldemort thrashed in my grasp snapping his jaws as he tried to bury his teeth in my scales.
However, my grip remained firm, and with a growl, I tossed Voldemort aside. In a display of monstrous strength, I sent his massive scaled body flying where it slammed into the far wall of the chamber with enough force to send loose tiles raining down from above.
Still, Voldemort managed to recover with surprising speed and a shake of his triangular head. However, that window was still enough for me to ignite a raging fire in my heart which traveled through my chest and up my throat.
I opened my jaw to reveal an inferno of liquid silver flames that burst forth in a thick blinding pillar of light.
Voldemort's eyes widened and with blurring speed, he dove into the ground swimming through the earth as if it was water.
My fire breath slammed into the ground he had just occupied instantly melting the stone into magma and glass.
I then watched as the ground buckled with Voldemort's passage as he made a B-line straight toward me. Tiling my head down I dragged my pillar flames across the earth drawing a glowing white line wherever it passed.
But Voldemort was fast and by the time my flames caught up with him he erupted from the ground practically right below me jaw open wide.
Though for his troubles Voldemort's exposed flesh was seared as the earth around him liquified into white hot magma.
With a bang, Voldemort slammed into me and I felt my forelimb lift off the ground followed by a piercing agony around my shoulder.
I roared in agony as I felt Voldemort's fangs pierce through my scales and into my flesh followed by a hiss as his poison melted my body.
With a surge of pain-fueled strength, both my winged arms grabbed hold of Voldemort and wrenched him free of my arm.
Lifting him overheard I stretched out his serpentine body and opened my jaw bathing Voldemort's scales in silver flames.
Voldemort hissed and writhed in agony as putrid black smoke curled off his body and ash rained to the ground.
Before I could burn a hole through Voldemort, his body lashed out and wrapped around my neck before squeezing trying to cut off my flames.
As his coils tightened I felt my airways close sealing my flames. Still, I wasn't finished, and I opened my jaw to take a chunk out of Voldemort feasting on his foul-tasting flesh.
For a moment I thought Voldemort wouldn't let go until one of us perished but suddenly he unwrapped from around my neck as he opened his mouth wide. Getting a foreboding feeling I quickly tossed Voldemort aside just before a stream of poison erupted from his venom glands. I grunted as some of the spray still managed to land on my scales eating away at my natural armor.
I was in a bad state with my left forelimb out of commission, basilisk venom pumping through my veins and the scales around my throat crushed by Voldemort's stranglehold. Fortunately, the Dark Lord was in an almost worse state, with a large scotch mark burned into his side along with a massive chunk of flesh missing that was currently sitting in my stomach.
Picking himself off the ground Voldemort rose into the air and stared at me with a sense of finality understanding that our next clash would be the last leaving at least one of us dead and possibly claiming both our lives. In response, I roared and launched myself, and Voldemort sprung forward as well lunging at me with mouth wide.
Our bodies collided with a bang, but instead of coming to a stop, I dug my hind legs into the ground as my winged arms grabbed Voldemort's top and lower jaw respectively.
I caught a flash of surprise across Voldemort's eyes as I lifted him into the air once more and he tried the same move as before to wrap around my neck but before he could I slammed him into the ground.
For a moment he went limp, but I didn't stop using his head as a hammer shattering the ground with his skull and forming a crater as he thrashed weakly in protest. By the third slam, his scales had shattered and his blood splashed against the ground.
Voldemort let out a week and he tried to spray his acid but I quickly clamped his jaw shut while slamming my tail against the ground causing a pillar of sharpened metal to rise to the surface behind me.
With one final roar, I spun around and slammed Voldemort down on the metal stake piercing through the bottom of his jaw and up into his skull. Voldemort spasmed violently in my grasp as his brain was skewered misfiring before finally going still.
Letting go of the corpse I sat back on my hind legs and roared announcing to the world my victory and triumph. After a moment I lowered myself back to the ground with a huff as my massive chest heaved trying to calm my racing heart.
Looking down at my left arm I stared at the large patches of necrotic flesh and realized there was no saving the limb. Leaning my head over I clamped down on my flesh at the shoulder and pulled. With a sickening crack and squelch, I chewed off my own arm tossing it to the side before burning it to ash. That was when my fatigue decided to hit and all at one my transformation dropped and I quickly shrunk back down to my humanoid form though my arm was still missing as well.
Unbothered by the loss of my limb I waved my hand summoning a slew of potions that I quickly consumed to resort my lost blood, prevent myself from bleeding out, and purging the last of the Basilisk venom from my body.
