It didn't take long for Drai to notice a large cluster of trees wrapped in Max's webs. Based on the trees' tilt, it seemed like Max had used them to cushion or break their fall.
After landing nearby, the two men immediately spotted Horsie, who was lying among the tilted trees, sheltering from the rain. Clumps of moss green sludge covered his legs, presumably the same healing mixture commonly used by his kin.
"I think we still need to get him to a healer. I'm not sure how effective that goo is," Max said.
"Yeah. Do you know where the nearest settlement is?"
Max shrugged. "No idea. I don't even know where we are exactly or if we're even in Rivideria."
"Hmm… I wonder if Madeleine's map still works outside Siyeun Mountains," Drai mused as he projected the virtual map. To his disappointment, the area outside the Strip was completely blank.
