"This is not an unreasonable request. The tradition of husband exchange, in our Desert, has always existed!"
"Just like my Father, wasn't he exchanged by you as well?"
"You were allowed to exchange, why can't I?"
"Besides, I have not mistreated her. I could give her Bazak and all of them!"
Hulan was frightened by this confrontation. "Tu Ya..." She gently tugged at Tu Ya, hoping to urge her to stop talking. Couldn't she see the leader's face turning darker with anger?
