The students of Evigheden Academy had improved their combat skills after the class representatives called a meeting and demanded a combat teacher from the Principal.
Not just improved, but improved tremendously—a stark contrast to when they first started at the academy.
Therefore, unlike the times Yuna tested her classmates on their improvement, which almost always ended in disaster with comedic relief here and there, this time they were spectacularly showcasing just how much they had practiced for the competition.
It was a flashy display of strength, but also one backed by actual skill.

Because of them, the other card classes became motivated, working hard to catch up. When there was a comparison to be made, people naturally wanted to try harder, especially those who were already above average.
