News of the soldiers sent the villagers into a spin, and their actions were enough to cause a dead and dumb man to be suspicious of their behaviour.
They scrambled around, putting off the lanterns that were lit to light the entry ways. The area where Mood was nestled was barricaded with raft made of straws, and the rest of the unconcerned villagers ran back to their homes.
Xander was led away by Hope, his father and grandmother whose home managed to be located just close to where the sick dragon was. While Faith went to Doom who was still back at the bonfire grounds.
Xander ignored the chatter, setting his bow and having arrow at the ready. The arrow was light enough to be mobile, but the most amazing this was the silver tip. It was powerful enough that it could penetrate most dragon scales for it was made of a rare kind of iron.
