It was impressive just how many rats could hide inside of a single architecture, even without meaning to, Benerib just kept running into them left and right, turn a corner, there was one trying to sneak around, glance inside of a room, find a shivering shadow hiding underneath some piece of furniture, look up and find one who thought themselves smart by taking the high ground.
There were civilians of course, but also arm-bearers around, though, these were the sort that had gone to hide instead of fighting, in short, they were cowards and were quick to lose their nerves when confronted with a genuine killer.
As such, no one she had encountered within this holy temple had actually fought back much, and anyway, Benerib did not tend to discuss with soon-to-be corpses, most having been struck down before they could even react.
Like the arm-bearer on the ground before her right now, she had cut his face off before he could even gasp in surprise.
