The next day Audrey was discussing her plans with Maria and Sandra in front of the hospital when an unfamiliar car pulled over beside them.
"Who's that?" Sandra asked, looking at the white car.
"I don't know," Maria replied.
"I think I do," Audrey smiled as she stared at the door.
The doors opened, and Mark was the first to come out; he went around and opened the door for someone else to come out.
The girls all watched in anticipation as a beautiful woman in an immaculate white dress and white sandals stepped down from the car, her long hair flowing behind her.
Sandra stared with admiration and curiosity; Audrey stared with a prideful smile, while Maria looked mortified.
"Mother?" Maria gasped in shock.
Sandra instantly snapped her head to her, "That's your mother? Damn! She's so cool," She whispered.
Maria was still trying to wrap her head around her mother's presence when she saw her twin sister come down from the other side of the car. Why did Mary have to come too?
