Luna's POV
"Luna!" Nina hurried towards me and enveloped me in a tight hug. "I've missed you so much."
"I've missed you too," I breathed, gently pulling away from the hug. "Where's Maria?"
"I'm right here," Maria called, emerging from the kitchen area. She rushed over, looking worried. "Poor, poor child. You've lost so much weight," she groaned, hugging me tightly. "I'm so happy you're back."
"Thank you, Maria. It wasn't an easy experience, but at least I'm back in one piece."
"Being up close with you right now, I realize you're truly different from her," Maria's words left me momentarily confused.
"She knows you're Luna," Nina explained with a smile.
"That explains everything," I joked awkwardly, and they both laughed.
"I'm so, so happy, Miss Luna." Nina held my arms and began pulling me towards the stairs. Just then, I saw Sol coming downstairs.
"Well, well, look who we have here. If it isn't my precious twin sister," Sol said with a smirk.
