The Void Archives Has No Spirit Skills
No matter how many Spirit Rings are obtained—regardless of their quality or the type of Spirit Beast they came from—the Void Archives does not gain Spirit Skills. The only thing that changes with each new Spirit Ring is the unlocking of deeper archives and access to more information from the world of *Honkai Impact 3rd*.
So, how did Ju Ran use a Spirit Skill in his fight against Su Yuntao?
Well, that wasn't a Spirit Ring ability—it was a self-created Spirit Skill, developed after extensive research on Spirit Rings and Spirit Energy.

Su Yuntao leaped toward Ju Ran with a battle cry, his clenched fist aimed straight at Ju Ran's face.
Ju Ran barely dodged the punch and retaliated with the golden sword in his right hand, crackling with purple electricity.
Su Yuntao wasn't foolish enough to let an electrified blade touch him, so he ducked, the sword slicing through the air just above his head.
As he prepared to counterattack while Ju Ran was still recovering, he suddenly noticed that the golden sword in Ju Ran's right hand had disintegrated into shimmering golden particles.
What Su Yuntao *didn't* notice was the faint golden glow emanating from Ju Ran's left hand.
By the time he realized what was happening, an identical golden sword had already formed in Ju Ran's left hand.
When Su Yuntao finally saw the second sword, it was already too late.
**"AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"**
A scream tore from Su Yuntao's throat as 150 volts of electricity surged through his body.
After five seconds, Ju Ran withdrew the sword. Su Yuntao collapsed onto his back, unconscious, his muscles twitching with residual spasms.
*'Void Archives… Did I go too far? You said earlier that this voltage wouldn't kill him, right?'*
Ju Ran's thoughts were laced with concern. He only wanted to win to establish his reputation in Nuoding City—not seriously injure someone he had a decent relationship with.
'There is no need for alarm. Based on my calculations, this voltage poses no threat to a Spirit Master. There is a 64.6% probability he will awaken later today.'
The Void Archives' cold, emotionless voice echoed in Ju Ran's mind.
He was still uneasy but decided to trust its judgment.
*'Not a bad victory, though you were a little obvious. A more experienced fighter would have avoided that strike. We'll train more later.'*
Qian Renxue's voice chimed in, laced with mild amusement.
*'By the way… When you called him the "Blind Douluo," was that a joke?'*
She hadn't taken it seriously when Ju Ran referred to Su Yuntao as a titled Douluo.
**"Su Yuntao is a legend where I come from. After all… he was the one who awakened the Martial Spirit of a God."**
Ju Ran's tone was cryptic, but a hint of bitterness lingered beneath his words.
*'Huh? What do you mean? Wait—are you saying he awakened Tang San's Martial Spirit?!'*
Qian Renxue's voice was thick with disbelief and resentment. She couldn't accept that the Spirit Hall had helped the very demon who would later destroy it.
*'Let's change the subject. We should get Senior Yuntao to the medical room.'*
Ju Ran lifted the unconscious Su Yuntao—now no longer convulsing—and carried him away.
