These Petitioners are tightly bound with the deities they worship. When a deity falls and its God Kingdom perishes, it will also be the time of death for that God Kingdom's Petitioners, unless there are other gods and God Kingdoms willing to accept them. Therefore, Petitioners will actively help their god protect their God Kingdom, and may even form legions of Petitioners. However, they seldom leave the God Kingdom to battle, as that is a task for the Heroic Spirits and even Divine Envoys. As for Heroic Spirits, they are Petitioners with transcendent strength who are no longer confined to the God Kingdom and can carry out various special missions for their deity outside. Divine Envoys belong to even more powerful beings of Otherworld classes.
Immortal and blissfully content—this is what people often envision when they speak of the Divine Country Paradise, at least for those mortals. Thus, Petitioners are also called Divine Citizens.
