Lu Chuan rode out of Guan Residence, heading straight for the outskirts of the city.
At the northern city gate, it was still bustling with people and vehicles.
The gate was usually congested, and Lu Chuan had to wait in line for a long time before he could pass through and reach the outside of the city.
Riding along the road, Lu Chuan surveyed the surroundings.
"If we're planning a stealth attack outside the city, we can't be too far away. Otherwise, by the time Lu Qianyu falls back, the Demon Beasts probably won't have reached their positions."
"And hiding in the dense forest will narrow down the search area."
Lu Chuan pointed towards a thick forest in the distance.
"Let's check out that area."
He rode over there, with Dongfang Cheng closely following behind.
As they neared the forest, towering trees and thick fallen leaves covered the ground, filling the air with the fresh scent of earth.
Lu Chuan rode slowly through the woods.
