After Kumo shinobi forces left the battlefield, Konoha backup arrived. The one who was leading the backup shinobi forces was Jiraiya, one of the three legendary ninja of Konoha.
Jiraiya was a middle-aged man with a muscular physique, spiky white hair tied in a ponytail, tanned skin, and two thin red lines falls from his eyes to his cheeks.
Jiraiya's face turned ugly when he saw the corpses of his dead comrades.
He walked to Minato and asked him, "Kid, what the hell happened? You could have held down Ay and Bee by yourself. How did they kill a large number of our shinobi?"
Minato looked at Jiraiya with his cold blue eyes. He took a deep breath, then answered him, "There was a talented Kunuichi among them; she is the one who took down the majority of our forces. Ay called her Cee."
When Jiraiya heard what Minato said, his eyes widened in shock. He looked at Minato and asked seriously, "Did you say that Ay called that Kunuichi Cee? Are you sure that's what you heard?"
Minato was confused when he saw Jiraiya's expression but nodded his head to him.
Jiraiya then took a deep breath and started explaining what the name Cee means in Kumo to Minato after hearing Jiraiya's explanation Minato's eyes became cold, and he said to Jiraiya, "This is bad, sensei. She is more talented than I thought. She is definitely more talented than Kakashi. On top of that, she is younger than him."
Jiraiya nodded his head; he took out a scroll and started writing on the scroll.
After he finished writing on the scroll, he started doing a sequence of hand seals after drawing some blood from his finger and then slammed his palm on the ground.
"Summoning Jutsu."
"PUFF."
A red small toad appeared surrounded white puff smoke Jiraiya smiled at the small red toad, and he said to it, "Gamataru, please deliver this scroll to Sarutobi sensei."
Gamataru nodded its head, then it shot out its slimy white tongue, caught the scroll with it, and then the toad swallowed the scroll.
"PUFF."
After swallowing the scroll, Gamataru then disappeared in a white puff of smoke.
Jiraiya then turned his head to Minato and said, "Alright, kid, let's go back to the main tent and hold a meeting. We need to prepare for Kumo's next attack."
Minato nodded his head after hearing Jiraiya's instruction; he then signaled to all Konoha shinobi to return back to the base.
"SWISH."
After seeing Minato's signal, all Konoha shinobi returned back to the base.

With Kumo shinobi forces
When the Kumo shinobi led by Ay returned to their base, they were surprised to see the third Raikage was waiting patiently for them.
"Father."" Ay call out to him in surprise.
The third Raikage nodded to Ay and Bee; he then looked at Yoko and said to her, "Cee, go to the main medical tent and start treating the injured. All those who are injured go to the main medical tent to get treated. Ay, summon the high-ranking shinobi to start the war meeting; things are going to be way too chaotic soon."
Ay and Bee nodded their heads; Ay quickly shunshen away to summon the high-ranking shinobi, and Yoko went to the main medical tent to start treating the injured.
After five minutes, the third Raikage, Ay, Bee, the head of the clans, and the rest of the Jounins gathered inside the commander's tent. The third Raikage looked at them and said, "I know you are all surprised about my presence here. The reason I am here is because our spies in Konoha informed me that the white fang of Konoha committed suicide."
All those who heard what the third Raikage just said widened their eyes in shock, then Ay asked the question that everybody wanted to ask, "Wait a second, Raikage-sama, why would the White Fang commit suicide? This doesn't make any sense."
All those present nodded their heads in agreement; the Third Raikage sighed and started explaining to them. "According to the intel we received from our spies, the White Fang went on a mission to invade the land of wind and destroy Suna's main supply base, but some Konoha shinobi got captured by Suna shinobi; the White Fang chose to save his comrade instead of completing the mission."
When they heard this, the high-ranking Kumo shinobi couldn't help but admire the White Fang, and the third Raikage continued, "However, when the White Fang returned back to Konoha, everybody started slandering him, including those whom he saved."
All Kumo shinobi present narrowed their eyes when they heard this, and the third Raikage continued, "After a week, the White Fang committed suicide. I believe that the White Fang couldn't take this humiliation any longer, so he decided to end his life."
The high-ranking Kumo shinobi nodded their heads in understanding after hearing this, and then the third Raikage said to those present, "You all should understand that Konoha has an extreme dark side; we need to be careful when we deal with them."
After hearing these words, the Kumo shinobi nodded their heads. He then continued, "Now, the reason I am here is because we received intel that Suna started invading the Land of Fire, and our skirmishes with the Mist had stopped because they are also preparing to invade the Land of Fire."
Kumo shinobi were surprised when they heard this, and the third Raikage continued, "I am sure Iwa will also try to invade the Land of Fire too in the future; the old fox is an opportunist; he will wait until the opportunity presents itself before he starts his invasion."
The Third Raikage then smirked at his shinobi and exclaimed to them loudly, "This is our opportunity to claim some of the Land of Fire's fertile land."
When those present heard this, they all cheered loudly, "YEAH."
The third Raikage then looked at Ay and said to him, "Ay, start reporting about the invasion you led to the land of fire in detail."
Ay nodded and started reporting in details the invasion he led after he finished reporting the third Raikage smiled and asked those present, "Alright now, I want all your opinions: does Cee deserve getting promoted to Chunin or not?"
Ay and Bee smirked when they heard this. Bee then started rapping, "Fool yo, fool, Cee deserved to become double Chunin, and she will shine like a fairy, oh yeah."
Ay and the Third Raikage's eyebrows twitched when they heard Bee rapping.
However, all of a sudden a Jounin raised his hand and asked the Raikage, "Lord Raikage don't get me wrong Cee is the most talented shinobi our village ever produced; to be honest, I envy her talent, but don't you think she is too young to become a Chunin?"
The Jounin is a middle-aged man; he had an X-shaped scar on his right cheek, a lean, muscular physique, and an ordinary-looking face.
Ay and Bee narrowed their eyes when they heard this, then Bee heard the eight tails inside of him saying to him, "Bee, you need to look after your sister; I have a bad feeling about this guy."
Bee uncharacteristically didn't rap but nodded his head to the eight tails.
The third Raikage smiled and replied calmly to the Jounin, "In normal circumstances, I will agree with you, but we are at war right now. We need more Chunin since many of our Chunin died recently."
All those present nodded their heads to the Third Raikage in agreement after hearing his explanation. The Third Raikage continued smiling and then said, "According to Ay's report just now, Cee surpassed many Chunin in skill. All of you who joined Ay in the invasion can't argue with the fact that her decision-making sense was solid in the invasion; after all, she is the one who advised Ay to retreat after she sensed the Konoha backup charging to the battlefield."
"Now, we only need to test her strategy-making skill to be sure if she is ready for her promotion to Chunin." All those present nodded their heads in agreement except the Jounin, who tried to argue with the third Raikage, and he started cursing in his head.
The third Raikage then waved his hand and said, "Alright, you all may leave except for Ay, Bee, Hoshi dono, and Kenma dono."
All those present nodded respectfully; then they left the tent one by one.
After they left, the Raikage looked at Hoshi and Kenma. He then said to them, "Hoshi-dono, Kenma-dono, I want you to lead two squads and destroy Konoha supplies that are traveling towards their camp. All the information you need is in this scroll."
Kenma grabbed the scroll and nodded his head respectfully, and the Raikage continued, "I want you to take Cee with you to test if she deserves to be promoted to Chunin; you need to test her strategy-making skills."
Hoshi smirked and said, "Leave it to me, Lord Raikage."
The third Raikage nodded his head in satisfaction, and he continued, "I also want you to take Toroi with you; he needs experience to grow. He has the potential to grow into a strong shinobi one day."
Both Kenma and Hoshi nodded; they then left the tent to prepare for the mission.
After Kenma and Hoshi left the tent, the third Raikage looked at Ay and Bee; he then said coldly to them, "I want you two to keep a close eye on that bastard Kaba all the time. If you see him at any time reporting to Danshi, I want you to kill him without any hesitation. The last thing we need at this time is a civil war; we need to start cleaning house now."
Ay and Bee nodded their heads seriously, and they shunshen away.
The Third Raikage turned his head slightly to the right and looked towards Kumogakure.
He then said to himself coldly, "If you try anything funny this time, you old geezer, I will not show you any mercy, and I will kill you in the most painful way."
