Two days after I had returned home, I officially requested to meet the King.
The seeds of poison that I had planted between the King and Queen were pretty much grown well, the rift between them was so vast that the King wouldn't even visit her or appear with her unless it was an important occasion.
Their unity was completely broken yet, but it was fragile enough and with what I was going to do after meeting Roger, the King was removed that last bit of any connection between them.
