The small star hanging at the edge of the exhibition is an avatar of the Purgatory God, and the Purgatory God's true form, the colossal power furnace, smashed through the lost barrier with a roar. He escaped the despair imposed by deep space, along with a large group of similarly lost people and races, and returned to the real universe!
However, even being lost doesn't mean disappearing completely; it just makes it difficult to receive external signals and TV broadcasts, turning one into an invisible person living in their own world. This wasn't much of a surprise in the Sixth Era. For the deep space entities, this might amount to exile, but for the Gods, a slight manipulation would be enough to break free from such a state.
