Once civilizations in competition with each other come to understand one another, the only outcomes left are conflict and merging. These civilizations will mutually perish within their conflicts and, in the process, new information will be born. Those unable to achieve this can only meet an end of extinction.
And the civilizations that merge will become entirely new entities. Only such civilizations are qualified to advance to a higher level of selection, entering a new macrocosm!
And this kind of conflict is already happening!
The Blank God has started accelerating time; these timelines are in His hands. Rather than "accelerating the movement of time or matter," it is more like directly seeing the result of information evolution.
On the surface, it seems like transcending time, but the Blank God doesn't have any concept or dominion related to time.
