A young man who appeared to be only in his twenties was strolling leisurely through the Royal Palace with his hands in his pockets.
His splendid blond hair shone with radiant light, and his handsome features were so noble they seemed almost regal. From his deep and pure ruby-like red eyes, there radiated a holy aura of authority.
Neither the glow of Path within his pupils nor his innate noble demeanor showed any sign of bestial savagery. Illuminated by the glittering golden lights of Triumphal Palace, he, clad in a white tailcoat, seemed like a deity walking on earth.
That was none other than "First Red Chancellor" Peng Bonazzi.
The positions of the Red Chancellor and Black Chancellor were always inherited. Each generation's Red Chancellor was Peng Bonazzi's child, while the Black Chancellors were vice-principals of the Spirit Summoning Tower.
