Chapter One Hundred-Sixteen:
Manu Palace
"Why did you lie?" Harkan asked me as soon as we left Siara's room.
"Because it wasn't yet the right time for him to find out about 'The Joker'," I replied.
"Why?" Harkan asked.
"Because it would not be good for the Princess if she knew that he was the reason for his return. Especially now that 'The Joker' is already making way for the Princess to meet her, so that won't be good if she leaned about him," I explained.
Harkan think of it in silence.
"He was right, King Harkan." Alcina finally answered. "This isn't the right time for the Princess to learn about 'The Joker' so for now all we need to do is strengthen the shield to protect her at any cause.
…
"What are you thinking, Galdur?" Alcina asked me after Harkan left us.
"Why me, Alcina? Of all the Witches and Warlocks that you knew, you came to me and ask my help, why?"
"Well… maybe because of the truth." She answered. "You were blinded to know who our savior… our hope was. And now you met her, are you still planning the thing that was on your mind all along?" she seriously asked and I already knew why did she asked me so directly.
Alcina was one of my friends back then but because of the catastrophe happened before, things change a lot. We are both save when we were kept inside the palace where we were studying our magic. We were so lucky that when the catastrophe happened, almost all the children of the Witches and Warlocks were inside the palace though some were left at the outside where they were practicing for summoning. And sadly, to say, our parents died on it leaving as all that was left behind by the hands of the only daughter of our Queen. Princess Navina who also lost her mother by protecting the palace and all that was left inside.
"I want to talk to our Princess." I said instead of answering her question.
"But--"
"No." I said as I cut her off. "Even if I don't answer I know you already knew what I should answer."
Alcina stares at me longer before she sighed. "Fine. Go! I won't stop you."

"Because of what I saw when I helped her wake up. Even if it was only for a moment but I'm sure that even for a glimpse she's conscious." I said and waited for her to say something but she didn't say a word. "What? Are you just going to accept what I just said?"
"And what do you want me to do? You didn't kill the Princess even though you knew she was the person you were looking for, did you?"
"Indeed." I agreed. "But still, aren't you surprised at my decision change?"
"The truth, yes, I am surprised." she said. "Though, when you enter her unconscious mind, I already knew you will see something from behind."
"So, you knew something like this will happen but you said nothing?"
"Yes." She immediately answered without a doubt.
"Why?" I surprisingly asked.
"Because you were also able to see her future, a future that she would know soon as soon as her memories slowly comes back."
"But do you know how the whole memory of 'The Curse One' will be awakened?"
"That… I still don't know." She honestly answered. "And the only person, who knows it all, was my Aunt."
"But she has been missing for a long time and no knows where and when she went."
"You were right. But I just really hope, soon, she herself will come and show us all."
Present…
Edelweiss Kingdom
Outside Del Gazini's Residence
"It's been so long ever since you step in to this land, my Lady." Lua said as I silently watched the mansion of Haimon and I just keep it low for a while since that I don't want some attention. "What are you going to do now, my Lady?"
"I want to talk to someone." I answered.
"Who, my Lady?"
"Someone I trust."

"My Princess!" Atlas finally returned.
"What happened to you?"
"I am so sorry, my Princess. Someone trap me into a cage and it took me a while before I could free myself."
I sighed and I already knew who done that to him. "Forget who made that to you." I ordered.
"What are you saying?" he surprisingly asked.
"We need to talk to Duke Norward." I answered instead.
"But, what about the person who attacks us? We need to find who--"
"No." I intently answered. "There's no need to find out who was that besides, no attack happened so you have nothing to worry about. Now, all we need to do is to go to Sage's Residence and we need to hurry."
Manu Kingdom
Liam's Residence
"Who's there?" I asked as soon as I sense that I am not alone anymore.
"Linggama! Kaslama nga yongi damramkipa." Suddenly from the corner someone spoke up to me.
"Nosi ak?" I asked because I'm sure she is from the ancient Cabot Tribe because she knows something of our old language. "Takipamag ak!" I ordered and from the corner she finally showed herself. "You!"
"Yes, indeed." She answered and I immediately give respect to her.
"Princess Rishna." I said and bowed.
"A long time ago when I was gone but you still managed to remember me, Galdur," she said.
"Yes, I still remember you." I answered. "But that is not what matters now." I said as I look up to her. "As you said, you were gone for a long time. And now, you just suddenly showed up and why me? Isn't it more important that you show up to your niece first?"
"I already did." She answered as she walks near at the window. "This place has changed a lot and King Harkan really did his best. Though one thing isn't change and that is the awakening of 'The Curse One'." she seriously stated.
