Chapter 1700 - Ninja 3

You waited until the last wisp of sulfurous smoke faded into the night air before your knees buckled. You hit the forest floor with a muffled thud, your back pressing against a gnarled tree trunk. Your hands trembled, and not from fear, but from the sheer exhaustion of summoning a literal demon and then having to keep up your poker face the entire time.

If it wasn't for Library Mind enhancing your focus you probably would've shown a crack in the facade. A weakness. One something like her would've exploited. No way she would've accepted your terms so easily if you buckled. All it would have taken is one look at her wonderful clea-

No, no lusting after the demon who still probably wants your soul!

Not until you're strong enough anyways.

He mentally mashed 'Y', too exhausted from the last encounter to care what fresh chaos the Gacha would unleash.

Lust (Familiar/Card) - The skills and abilities of a homunculus created by father branded with the sin of lust. As a homunculus, Lust had enhanced stats compared to a human. In addition, the philosopher's stone implanted in her as her core kept her immortal by regenerating her whenever she died by consuming one of the souls inside as fuel. She had the ability to turn her fingertips into long and almost monomolecular sharp flexible claws that she used with expertise. (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Okay, so the Gacha was still mocking you (or at least that's what you assumed when you saw that name). Cool. The 'immortality' sounded interesting, but if you didn't trust your teammates with the ability to do your taxes why would you trust them with demon claws and limited immortality?

This time, the fireworks in your mind felt heavier, tinged with the Dremora's lingering infernal laughter, the sounds of coins clinking as they fell into the void echoing in your mind.

Feng Shui Engine (Item) - An advanced prosthetic eye that houses a miniature Tandem Engine, allowing it to generate extreme amounts of Artificial Qi to massively enhance all of the user's physical abilities. However overuse may cause strain. (Street Fighter)

You exhaled sharply. "So she's probably gonna be a problem then. Nice. Thanks for the head-up, Gacha." You said, but the thank you became a lot more genuine once you read through the description of the item. A Qi generator, some monks called their Chakra Chi/Qi, if this thing just gave you a chakra engine for an eyeball...

I'm sorry Gacha, you're the best

You slumped further, wiping sweat from your brow. That item was good, amazing even, but it did nothing for you as long as you didn't have access to a med-nin who could install it. Meanwhile, the contract's terms replayed in your mind…

50% of her profits, first dibs on 'oddities'.

A fair deal, maybe. But the loyalty clause? That worried you. You weren't exactly an expert when it comes to Daedra, but as far you know Demons didn't really do loyalty.

Unless the fusion changed her. Or the Gacha did.

A twig snapped in the distance.

You froze, glancing at your still-sleeping teammates. Korra mumbled something about "adorable pretty-boys," while Sombra's fingers twitched toward her kunai even in exhausted fucked-stupid sleep.

They can't know. Not yet. Not until I can be sure I'll be able to make a run for it if Sensei finds out.

The knowledge of the gacha was apparently safe in your head from your sensei, but if she pulled that 'memory walk' trick on either of your teammates, you were pretty sure she'd know. Then who knows what could happen.

Yoruichi-sensei was cool, you looked up to her, she was everything a Shinobi should be… but would she pick you over Kumo? Over the Village she had dedicated her life to? Your self-interest hopes that she would, but you know that if she did, your opinion of her would go down. Ninjas put the village over everything. It was part of the job.

You stood shakily, the forest's oppressive humidity clinging to your skin. Dawn was hours away, but it seemed like the Forest of Death never truly slept. Somewhere in the shadows, a predator… no-

Before you even had a moment to think, there was an enemy ninja in front of you. They looked like that creepy girl from the start of the exam with part of their face melted off, revealing another face beneath it.

And for some reason, that face looked familiar…

Especially those dangerous, golden eyes.

.

.

The world around you narrowed down to a blade's edge.

Golden eyes. Her eyes. The ones from your nightmares, from the fractures in your memory. Recognition slammed into you like a kunai to the gut.

Orochimaru.

You moved before thought could follow. You didn't even care that apparently he had become a she for their infiltration attempt. The rumors of Tsunade's famous mastery of the Henge were well-known, so the idea that her teammate used it for more… eccentric uses was not that far-fetched.

Bajinquan surged through your muscles, the form being even more explosive and relentless than usual. Your fist rocketed toward her throat, bone spikes erupting from your knuckles mid-strike.

She flowed around the attack like her body was made of water, her melted face twisting into a grin. "Tsk tsk. Here I was hoping to find a match for Kimimaro-kun, but you're still too fresh. Predictable."

You pivoted, Dead Bone Pulse screaming beneath your skin as you pushed your bloodline further than you ever have before in the hopes of scaring off the monster in human skin in front of you. Your ribs tore free from your sides, forming a jagged shield as her arm stretched and shifted, her fingers elongating into serpentine fangs that scraped against your steel hard bones.

"But still entertaining," she purred, complimenting you for... putting up a fight? Making your death more fun for her? You weren't sure.

The Ebony Fang rested in its sheath at your side, the gift from your infernal ally your only hope at this point. Its cracks pulsed crimson as you swung. The blade bit deep into her distorted flesh, and for a heartbeat, you felt the sword thrum, draining vitality from the wound-

-then her blood burned it away, acidic and wrong.

"Ah. What's this toy you have called Sōkotsu-kun?~" Orochimaru's voice dripped with mock pity as her flesh slowly knit itself back together. "It's quite fascinating. Like those unwieldy blades from Kiri."

You didn't let her finish her sudden inspection of the blade, knowing that this opening might be your last chance.

Bone Bullets fired from your fingertips peppered the air, forcing her back away from your blade. Invisibility flickered around you as you closed the distance, the Fang aimed for her throat-

-and stopped, her hand clamped around your wrist, crushing the stronger than steel bones within.

"Enough." Her chakra spiked, a suffocating weight that pinned you in place. "You've proven your… tenacity. But this?" She gestured to the sword with a sigh. "A child's tantrum with a toy that is too good for them. I'll let you keep it, but only as proof of my generosity. Don't disappoint me Sōkotsu-kun, or I'll take it off your corpse~"

Her free hand lifted you up by your throat, her other hand dropping its grasp of your broken wrist to fly through a series of one handed signs faster than your eyes could track before poking you in the forehead.

"Cursed Technique - Human Marionette String Cutting Jutsu."

Agony erupted through your chakra network, coils snapping like overstrung wires. You collapsed, the Fang slipping from numb fingers as blood frothed on your lips. All it took for this to happen was… your thoughts stopped. Your body stilled. You couldn't move.

Orochimaru crouched, tilting your chin up with a clawed finger. "Fear not, little Kaguya. This isn't goodbye." Her tongue slithered out, brushing your ear. "We'll have such fun when we next meet. I'll have quite the gift waiting for you, if you're ready~"

Then, she was gone. Out of your sight. You still couldn't move, your gaze not even able to follow her as she walked off. Though, she would come back towards you with a glint in her eyes.

"Oh, how forgetful of me. After your little unexpected performance, it nearly slipped my mind. I even prepared this look just for it too. I'll be needing something from you, Sōkotsu-kun~"

You suddenly wished that you could scream… but you doubted it would help.

You woke to Sombra's kunai at your throat, with her glaring at your lipstick covered cock like it personally offended her. Notably, more covered in smudges, much deeper, and much messier than anything she or Korra could've left on your cock last night.

"Explain. Now."

The clearing was a warzone from the aftermath of your fight, the trees splintered, earth scorched, and your blood painting the soil black where the small wounds the snake woman gave you leaked onto the ground. She was… kinky.

Korra hovered nearby, fists raised but eyes wide. "The hell happened?!"

You spat a glob of clotted blood, clutching onto the mental image of the Feng Shui Engine hidden within your item storage, still safe until you called upon it. The prosthetic eye's cold weight was a promise for one thing.

Power.

But not yet. Not until you could safely get to a medic-nin.

"Ambush," you croaked. "Strong. Got away. Pretty… Rapey."

Sombra's gaze narrowed, lingering on the Ebony Fang now sheathed at your hip, a blade that hadn't been there yesterday. But she said nothing. She just glared at you for a second before pulling you into a gentle embrace. Rubbing your back until you fell back asleep nuzzling against her chest.

You woke up with a start, before realizing that either Sombra or Korra seemingly put you in one sleeping bags you had set up for them the night before.

You stared up at the dawn-lit trees, the Forest of Death suddenly feeling small, and for the first time since you got the gacha, your balls feeling very empty. You felt violated. Sure, she was hot, but it takes the fun out of it when you can tell she wants your cum in her mouth for less than lewd reasons. Solemnly, you mentally pressed 'Y', hoping some reckless gambling will get you out of this funk.

Divine Healing Light (Ability) - Allows you to bathe a target in healing light, restoring their bodies from even lethal damage, any wound short of death can be healed. Effect scales with your power level. Stronger targets need more energy to heal.

Ah, well that would help you with your busted wrist… wait, could you use that for implanting the Feng Shui Engine? It did say it could heal even lethal wounds, so while it might exhaust even your plentiful reserves, it was probably worth a try. What else did you get?

Adept Shooting (Skill) - You are a natural crack shot, being able to wield most projectile-based weaponry with great familiarity and accuracy, rarely missing your shots unless you are against an opponent of similar skill.

The world must be ending.

The Gacha finally gave you useful combat abilities, without even a lewd joke in sight… after the most dangerous fight of your life. Better late than never, you suppose. Honestly, that did make you feel better. Thanks Gacha.

Develop an Unhealthy Dependence on the Gacha - 1 Bronze Ticket

Fuck you, 'Y'.

Hellhound (Familiar/Card) - A large vicious hound hailing from the underworld, they are around the size of humans with maws filled with fire that they can breathe out, they are also strong enough to tear a grown man in half with ease. By default, they are female and can reproduce.

Huh, another dog… from the underworld. Wait a minute, didn't your last dog say it was blessed by 'The God of the Depths' or something like that? You thought Konoha treated dogs badly, making them do Ninja Missions and stuff, but this Gacha is on another level.

You let out a quiet chuckle and wiped the tears from your eyes before they had a chance to fall. Kumo Shinobi didn't cry after all, especially in enemy territory, and while the Gacha had changed a lot about you…

You were still a Kumo Shinobi to your core

****

The fire crackled low, its embers casting flickering shadows over your team's faces. Sombra sat cross-legged, sharpening her kunai with methodical precision. Korra paced like a caged tiger, her fists still clenched from her repressed desire to go out and fight one of the three legendary Sannin for daring to lay a hand on her cutest teammate. You leaned against a tree, the Feng Shui Engine burning a hole in your mind.

It was untested, dangerous, but it was also your best hope for survival in the long term. A way to massively increase your chakra reserves and even use that chakra to increase your strength. It could take months of training to match what you'd be able to pull off by just popping out an eye.

"We need to talk," Sombra said finally, her voice slicing through the silence. She reached forward to gently grasp your hand, having seen how fragile you were after waking up from Orochi's attack. She didn't want to hurt you, but this conversation had to happen. "That thing that attacked you, it obviously wasn't just some rogue genin."

Korra whirled, her eyes blazing. She was still ready to chase down the Snake Sannin tonight. "No shit! That was obviously Orochimaru! The fucking Snake Sannin! The one Sensei was worried about! Why's he after you?"

You met her glare, exhaustion and defiance warring in your chest. You didn't like her tone, but you took a deep breath and sighed. She was obviously just worried about you. "Because I'm 'interesting'," you said flatly, doing air quotes at the word 'interesting'. "And because I have something she wants."

Sombra's smirk was thin, brittle even, as she squeezed your hand tighter. "Your charming personality?"

"My bloodline. My… potential. She said. She also said she'd be back." You flexed your healed wrist, the Divine Healing Light still humming beneath your skin and your energy reserves a little bit lower, but nothing too bad.

At this point, you were gonna have to get over showing off weird abilities in front of your teammates. If Orochimaru was still out here, she could jump the three of you and kill you in seconds if the mood struck her. At that point, keeping a trump card like Divine Healing Light under wraps would be stupid. "But she's not the only threat here. We need to adapt. Just coasting by got us in this mess, I say we throw a wrench into whatever plans she had for these exams."

Korra snorted. "As much as I like the sound of that, what do you mean by adapt? How are we gonna do it? By hiding in that fucking tower like rats?"

"By being smarter," Sombra countered, sheathing her kunai. "We've got two Heaven scrolls and an Earth Scroll already. Every team in this forest will be hunting us anyway for them. So why wait?" Her eyes gleamed in the firelight. "We turn the tables. Hunt the hunters. Sabotage every team we find, burn their supplies, steal their scrolls, leave them too battered to be able to even fight in the finals if they manage to make it."

Korra's grin was feral. "Now you're talking. Let's crack some skulls!"

You shook your head. "We can't just break skulls this time. It's their minds we need to break." You tapped your temple, Library Mind churning. "We hit fast, hit quiet. Sombra disables their traps. Korra smashes their morale. I'll handle the rest. Kill the Male Shinobi, leave the females. Have Sombra leave suggestions in them so we can grab them after the exams. It's about time I finally act like a real Kumo Shinobi. Robbing every village of their most promising kunoichi sounds like a good start, especially when Orochimaru is around to take the blame for me."

"And how are we going to use your new toy?" Sombra's gaze dropped to the Ebony Fang at your hip. She also raised an eyebrow at your plan, she was probably gonna chew you out for it being too 'greedy' later. "That sword's not standard issue, and I don't think any of us actually have any training in using it. That was always more of Littl- I mean, Soi-fon's specialty."

You unsheathed it, the blade's crimson cracks pulsing faintly. "It's a tool. Like your wires. Like Korra's fists." You met her eyes. "Trust me. If I take it out, I'll be able to use it."

A beat passed…

"Fine," Sombra purred. "But if you get us killed, I'll haunt you~"

Korra cracked her knuckles. "And I'll haunt you, but, uh, worse."

---

Dawn broke, bloody and unrelenting. Your first target: a team huddled up by a stream, their Earth Scroll was glinting in the hands of a female member of the team. The only one you three can spot from your hiding place in the top of the trees.

Sombra's wires slithered through the underbrush, dismantling their loose collection of alarms. Korra lunged from the treeline, a whirlwind of fists and taunts. "Hey, you fucking pansies, did you miss me?"

Chaos erupted. You activated Invisibility, slipping behind the front lines. Ebony Fang was ready to slit throats before they could even scream. You could already feel the life flooding into you, warm and intoxicating. You resisted the urge to grin. You also resited the urge to slit their throats, just barely.

Luckily for them, you had changed your mind on the 'kill the males' thing. It would be too obvious, too choreographed. People were already probably eyeing the first Kumo team to be sent to a Konoha held exam in years, no need to confirm the suspicions when you could just knock out all three of them, have Sombra leave a 'present' in the mind of any girl you encounter, and then set them loose with them remembering your 'mercy'.

Much safer, and with better results. After all, who could blame a couple of teen girls for crushing on the cute boy who spared their team and let them stay in the exam?

---

As dusk settled on your third day of hunting, you regrouped in a hollowed-out tree, adrenaline fading into exhaustion. Korra nursed a split lip, grinning like a madwoman. Sombra cataloged your collection of stolen scrolls, her smirk triumphant.

You clutched the Feng Shui Engine, having just summoned it. Its weight was like a silent promise.

Soon.

"We're making them bleed, those other fucking villages will be lucky if even one of their teams pass!" Korra laughed, tossing a stolen Earth Scroll at your feet. "This is the best fucking exam ever!"

Sombra arched her brow. "Don't get cocky. We've got a day left. And Orochimaru might still be out there."

You nodded, staring into the dark. You wanted to make a confident declaration at that, something like 'let her come', but you knew that three of you still held no chance against that monster. The best you'd be able to do is try to distract her while the other two ran for their lives.

Korra slung an arm around your shoulders, her breath warm against your ear. "Get that damn pouty look off your face, we're the winners tonight, and that means…" She yanked Sombra into the pile so she could join the two of you, her grin wicked and proud. "...we celebrate!"

The fire died. The forest held its breath.

And in the shadows, three newly tested predators rested, united, relentless, and hungry.

But now that you're thinking about it more, there were some interesting faces in those teams you ambushed today.

Who were they?

The kunai in your hand glinted in the moonlight, its edge pressed against your left eye. Your breath steadied and you surged your chakra to your fingertips, ensuring the pain wouldn't hamper your hold on the blade.

This will work. It has to.

---

Three days prior

The Hyūga from the start of the exams trembled as your team cornered hers by a hot spring, having apparently taken someone with the famous Byakugan by surprise. She was naked, and based on the stupid grin on one of her teammate's face, the only reason they were still in the forest was so that they could get a peak at what was 'hidden' under that jacket and mesh top.

To be fair…

.

.

Her Byakugan flickered and the veins around her eyes surged, her blank pupils darting between Sombra's wires and Korra's bloodied fists. Sombra would need time to adapt to someone like her, but you and Korra would be the perfect counters. Korra with her mid-range NinTaijutsu and you with bone shields to protect from gentle fist strikes.

She didn't see any of that though, she just saw your sheer confidence and seemed to immediately deflate, the fight leaving her in an instant. "P-Please… we'll surrender the scroll."

You stepped forward, bone spikes jutting from your palms to prove her assumptions about losing correct. "Smart girl."

Her teammate, the boy in fluffy coat with the puppy, lunged at you with a kunai raised. Clearly, he was either the possessive type or he was an…

Idiot.

Your Bone Bullets shattered his arm before he took two steps, your precision impeccable since you received your Shooting skill. The Hyuga girl's cry of the boy's name "Kiba!" echoed as you snatched their Earth Scroll.

"Run, Hyuga." You growled, giving her eyes an extra long glance just to instill some extra intimidation. "Before I change my mind."

.

.

Unfortunately for her, your order for her to 'run' was mostly a feint. Sombra had finally managed to put her under a Genjutsu, using the opening provided by her worry over her teammate as the crucial advantage it was to finally slip past the sensory advantage a Byakugan provided. Once the Hyuga was knocked out, you gave her one standing teammate a bloodthirsty grin.

He looked fun.

---

Present

Your memories of the best fight you've had so far were interrupted by the feeling of your blade biting deep into your flesh.

Blood gushed down your cheek as you pried the eye free, tendons snapping like crimson red wet threads. The Feng Shui Engine hovered in your palm, its microscopic gears whirring hungrily as it waited for you to finally take the next step.

No turning back.

---

Two days prior

The bandaged boy's arm buzzed, a sonic screech tearing through the forest. Unfortunately for him, your senses were Undeniable. "You're just another corpse, freak!"

You grinned, Invisibility cloaking some of your movements and leaving your body visible but keeping your attacks hidden. The invisible bone spikes on your arms flashed once, then twice, before severing his arm-strapped device and burying itself in his chest.

"Pathetic," you hissed, mimicking her tone. You hated her, but you could admit, she definitely taught you some great lessons on intimidation.

The loudmouth's air bullets ricocheted off your bone armor, and you turned to give him a grin. You left both of his precious arms broken, and honestly, he was lucky you let him keep them after your bloodlust took over.

The girl's bells shattered under Sombra's kunai in the distance, and suddenly your fight with her teammate seemed less fun. With a feral snarl, you knocked him out and turned your attention to the lone Sound Kunoichi remaining.

.

.

They were from a minor village and were already disqualified. Would Konoha or even her Village really care if you took some 'liberties' with her?

The Sound Kunoichi's tight ass was wiggling with every panicked step, she stumbled backward as her eyes locked onto your approaching form. The forest air thickened with your Musk as you set your eyes on her, and her pussy was already dripping betrayal down her trembling thighs. She knew what happened when Kunoichi got captured. "P-please... I-I forfeit! You can take the scroll!" she whimpered, her voice cracking like her shattered bells.

Your thick cock throbbed against your thigh, its veins pulsing obscenely beneath the fabric of your pants as you licked the bone spikes still wet with Zaku's blood clean.

.

.

She was pathetic.

Just like those weaklings from Konoha who let their kunoichi wander around with their tits out and just begging for someone to do something about it.

"Forfeit? Oh no," you purred, bone spikes retracting to reveal calloused fingers that snatched her ponytail, yanking it until her throat arched like for you like a pulled bowstring. "You don't get to beg yet."

Sombra's shadow loomed behind Kin, kunai tracing lazy circles over the Sound kunoichi's quivering ass-meat, threatening to cut her open if she made a wrong move. "You know, I think she is a virgin," your teammate murmured, voice dripping with sadistic glee. "Think of all the little Kaguya babies you could fill her with."

Kin shuddered and moaned at Sombra's words, hips bucking traitorously into the kunai as if begging for more. The scent of her arousal mingled with the coppery stench of spilled blood, it was headier than any perfume to your battle maddened state.

"I think I will," you growled against Kin's ear before sinking your teeth into the lobe hard enough to draw a squeal from her. Your free hand found her throat again, squeezing until her squeals turned into gasps for air like a landed fish.

"Mmmm, listen to that pretty little mouth work," Sombra cooed as Kin choked and sputtered in your grip. The kunai pressed harder against the Sound girl's asscheeks now, threatening but not quite cutting skin yet.

Your cock jerked painfully in your pants at the sight and sound of her torment… at the thought of what you would do next.

This is going to be amazing...

You grinned wolfishly and tightened your grip on Kin's throat.

"Let's see how long this slut can hold her breath before she starts begging for my cock," you snarled, and then you began to squeeze in earnest…

.

Present

She was fun. Shame I had to let her go. Had to save the kidnapping for later.

The Engine's tendrils burrowed into your socket, fusing with nerve endings. Agony blazed inside of you at first, then numbness, and then…

Power.

Earlier Today

The redhead's look of ungodly fear faltered as your Bear Manipulation sent the rampaging giant bear straight to sleep. "H-How?!"

.

.

You stepped over her dead teammates, giving her a charming grin that immediately sent a blush to her cheeks. You were lucky, you had been planning to hunt for a while, kill a few giant animals, maybe take a note if you saw a sign of any enemy teams. Instead you found a girl like her all alone and facing off against the one giant predator in this forest you could handle casually.

"Hmm, which scroll do you need?"

You'd ask with a smirk, the girl letting out a shocked sound at the question that turned into a gasp and then a look of awe when you produced her answer and handed it over to her. You think you might even be seeing actual hearts in her red pupils now.

.

.

"W-Wait, just like that?"

She asked, her wariness as a ninja not allowing her to accept such a turn of good fortune without looking for a sign of a trap or deception. Fortunately for her, you could recognize a prime defection opportunity when you saw one. You heard the heckling her teammates were giving her before that Bear turned them to mincemeat.

She would be so easy to recruit it wasn't even funny. Besides…

That ass

.

.

She was definitely your type, and you could use a glasses girl if you wanted your future harem to have some good variety.

"Yep, just do me a favor and come see me after we're done with this exam."

And with that you'd jump away, not knowing just how much you had changed that redheaded girl's life… or how you might change the life of a certain Uchiha who watched it all happen.

The Engine clicked.

Your vision erupted, the colors were sharper, others movements were slower, and the chakra in your veins pulsed like neon blue rivers where once there were barely creeks. You staggered, then laughed, blood and triumph mingling on your tongue and dripping down from your eye.

Sombra's voice cut through the haze. "You look like you just got done having one of your episodes… are you sure you don't want me to try and re-apply the restrictions? I know they dumb you down a little, but your bloodlust has started to get out of hand."

Korra grinned, tossing you a stolen Sound headband from the mouthy one on the team. "Ah, shut up Sombra. He's fine, and besides he fights like a little demon without those stupid things fucking with his head."

You tuned out the sound of them bickering, knowing the argument would probably resolve with them fighting over your cock again tonight. Instead you wiped the blood from your face, the Engine's cold gaze scanning the treeline.

You mentally pressed 'Y' as you took in with sudden clarity the dangers of the forest that surrounded you.
