6:50 AM

Ray stood at the intersection. Streets are still empty. His frustration mounting as the black sedan disappeared from the view. He clenched his fists, exhaling sharply.

Just as he turned around to head back to the house....

A white sedan came roaring toward him at breakneck speed. His instincts screamed danger.

"Shit-" He quickly spitted..

In a split second, Ray's body reacted before his mind could process it. He twisted to the side, narrowly dodging the oncoming vehicle. The wind pressure from the passing car ruffled his clothes, and his heartbeat pounded in his ears.

The white sedan screeched to a halt several meters away before whipping around, tires screeching against the pavement. The vehicle revved aggressively,

Its intention is very clear -

It was coming for him again.

Ray, still crouched from his dodge, noticed a fist-sized rock lying nearby. He swiftly grabbed it, his grip tightening around its rough surface.

As the white sedan barreled down toward him once more, Ray arose and stood tall, his expression stone-cold. The moment the car hit its highest velocity, Ray's arm snapped forward in a lighting-fast motion.

The rock left his hand like a bullet, cutting through the air with terrifying speed.

The impact was instant. The rock made a hole to the car's headlight and it went through, ripping inside of it. Someone inside looked flinch, a driver - too late. The car violently swerved, its trajectory uncontrollable. The screeching tires failed to regain control before it slammed into a parked vehicle on the side of the street. The defeaning crash shattered the early morning silence, sending glass and metal flying.

Ray's sharp eyes scanned the wreckage, his body still humming with adrenaline. The white sedan was totaled, its front crushed against the parked car. Smoke rose from the hood, but there was no immediate movement inside.

Ray then approached the wrecked white sedan with cautious steps, his sharp gaze scanning the twisted metal and shattered glass. The smell of burnt rubber and gasoline lingered in the air, mingling with the faint, unmistakable scent of death. The scene was silent except the occassional honk from the city beyond.

His fingers traced the mangled door before he wrenched it open with little effort. The sight that greeted him sent a chill down his spine.

-Three corpses slumped lifelessly inside.

Not just any corpses. The three assholes...

Arashi's friend's boyfriend - the ones he and Izanami had slaughtered last night in merciless, cold, and deadly way.

Ray's breath hitched for a split second before he exhaled sharply, supressing the unease creeping into his mind. His eyes darted over their motionless bodies, taking in their stiff, lifeless forms. Bruised. Bloody. Broken. But something was off.

His rock hadn't killed them. Neither had the crash.

They were dead before this car even moved.

His brows furrowed, thoughts racing. Why? Why the hell would the Yakuza throw these bastards' corpses into a brand - new sedan and send it careening toward him. What was their game? What message were they trying to send?

Something wasn't right. He fell it in his gut.

His fingers clenched into fists as he continued his inspection, scanning every detail of the wreckage. His instincts screamed at him - this wasn't just a scare tactic. It was something more.

Then, he saw it.

A small camera expertly affixed to the windshield.

Ray narrowed his eyes and reached for it, carefully detaching it from its mount. It was no ordinary dashcam. Someone had been watching. Someone had been controlling his vehicle.

But from where?

Someout out there playing games with him. And he hated playing by anyone else's rules.

Ray clenched his jaw, shoving the camera into his pocket. The corpses in the car were nothing more than pawns in someone's twisted game.

But whose game was it? And what was their next move?

As the morning sun cast long shadows over the wreckage, Ray felt the weight of unseen eyes on him. Watching. Waiting.

A storm was coming, and he could feel it brewing in the depths of his cold and dark soul.
